Everything is learned by comparison. I used to be at 21 sites. Every trip to the clinic is like hard labor. The doctor answers the question with a question. He can just get up and leave, you sit there and don't know what to do. And the nurse next to me is also in shock. I was sick with covid-19, but I didn't have a fever, so the doctor says no fever means I'm healthy. Even the head of the department was shocked.
Now I'm at the 6th precinct. Lo and behold, there are real experts. From the first visit, I saw as much attention to my problem as I had not seen during the entire period of service at this clinic. They sent me for tests and listened to my lungs 2 times during the visit, prescribed treatment and gave me more advice on how best to do what. In a word, experts. An ordinary polyclinic. The reception seems to be large, there are two windows, then only one window, people come from the bus in large numbers and then we stand in line for half an hour, the receptionists are in no hurry, you can't ask anything, stand in the general queue. You also sit under the offices, you've never been in your time, doctors go back and forth endlessly. If I'm sick, I try to treat myself on my own, otherwise you can die before you get to the therapist's door.
