The hotel is good, not bad, but not great either.

The location is convenient, the sea is just over 100 meters away, the beach is clean, but without cabins, sun beds, toilets and showers. But there is a great Umbrella beach nearby, where there is everything and a Bismi wholesale and retail supermarket.
There is a safe, hairdryer, air conditioning, kettle (tea, coffee, cream powder, water, replenished daily) TV with 30+ channels, but with terrible broadcast quality and no music channels.
Good and quite varied breakfasts, of different cuisines - European, Arabic, Indian. Good coffee, but the coffee machine makes only 4 types of coffee out of 12. There are juices and yogurts.
The pool and loggia are on the 19th floor, there is no desire to relax there, everything is heated by the sun, there is little space and no longer remembers when it was new...

I liked the hotel! Convenient location, the beach is nearby, nearby shopping centers and attractions are within walking distance, for example: (Fujairah Fort is less than an hour on foot).

The pool on the roof (we went to see it once - not that, because there is an ocean nearby). Cleaning is daily, hygiene and water supplies were replenished. Generally loyal and kind staff. I came here for a couple of nights from Dubai, purely to "change the situation."
The budget option is good enough for your money. We were settled quickly. The rooms are simple, but everything you need is there.
I was very pleased with the view of the mountains from the window :)
The area around the hotel was really a bit sad, I would not recommend staying here for a long time.

I chose the hotel because of the distance to the sea. Nice clean rooms. Cleaning is daily. The only drawback is that the sockets need adapters. There are many small shops around the hotel, I bought there for 3 dirhams ~ 75 rubles. There is an outdoor swimming pool on the 19th floor (1 photo). I talked there with old aunts who didn't like the hotel, like the old one, but I think it was built in 2018. I had breakfast included, that was enough. I prefer cafes with other food (for example, seafood), which you will not be given at the hotel.

Good afternoon, everyone! I stayed at the hotel from 12/31/2023 to 07.01.2024. Very convenient location of the hotel to the beach (700m walk to the beach). The staff is very helpful. Issues are resolved quickly. The food is acceptable, no one will remain hungry. Room 418 on the 7th floor was clean. The problem arose with the refrigerator, which heats up in the cabinet, and does not freeze because of this, but if you keep the cabinet door open, it freezes well. The plumbing seems to be new, but it leaks. The sound insulation is excellent, despite the presence of nightclubs in the hotel itself. In general, I liked everything. Nice hotel!

We stayed at the hotel for 12 days with a 2-year-old child. Breakfast +dinner. We met some more of the same brave souls, the claims to the hotel are similar: 1. The food is not intended for baby food at all.
2. Active traffic on the highway, the beach is across the street, the daredevils run over, but there is a zebra nearby, and then they do not willingly stop there.
3. There is nowhere to walk. There is not a well-groomed and gentrified area around.
As for the room and cleaning, there are no complaints. To eat, there is. Sparse. Minimal. Very acute.
But!!!
How to survive with children: and still go to the beach on a zebra. But to the far beach of Umbrella. 10 minutes on foot. Well-groomed, gentrified, everything for people and children. There are cafes there, you can spend the whole daylight from 10 to 16h.
There are many shops around our hotel, where you can also buy something. There is a wholesale store across the intersection, but I paid $9×110r for 1 kg of bananas, apples, a bag of marshmallows, a pack of cookies and 1 ice cream. Well, I won't tell you too much.
The restaurant does not offer sweets in the hotel. Tea is only for breakfast. Soups are very spicy and specific in taste and smell.
It took 2.5 hours to get from the airport. Comfortably on their roads. But, the wheels of my suitcase were broken, so I was not in a good mood.
I'm not coming here anymore.

There are a lot of fixprice type shops to the right of the kettle, it takes a long way to reach the street with shops, starting from car dealerships and to the left to the grand mosque, and there it's not far to lu-lu. Unfortunately, I can state the fact that a kleptomaniac is working in one of the cleaning shifts. I had a strong conviction that there was no theft in the Emirates. However, while waiting for a transfer with a group of people, we found out that something was missing in every family. Cigarettes, cream, in my case a pareo bright scarf, gloves for compression tights, also apparently had some value. In my case, when applying to the reception, they pretended for a long time that they did not understand me, then they said they would sort it out, they did not transfer the next shift, the time passed and they safely forgot. Soooo unpleasant.

The road from the hotel to the beach, which must be crossed without a pedestrian crossing. It's not a big deal. We didn't stay more than two minutes. A hotel with bed bugs and cockroaches!!! The repair is shabby, there are many flaws, it is dirty, especially in the corridors, they are rarely cleaned. Almost all of the food is Indian and spicy, there is little choice. I do not recommend this hotel.

We stayed at the hotel in April 2024. I very rarely write reviews, but here I decided it might be useful to someone.
We bought a tour as a 4* hotel. Of course it's not 4*, but probably 3 * (I just never rested at 3 *). And probably, if the hotel was declared as 3*, then everything would be clear…
I don't even know where to start writing from the good or the bad?
We checked in quickly, the room had to be changed, it was also quickly changed without any problems - thank you.
The bed is great (the mattress is perfect), thanks a lot for that too!
A huge plus is that the beach area is nearby and you can choose where to go.
I'm afraid that's where my advantages ended.
The room itself, and as a hotel, is all shabby and in need of repair.
Towels - everything is as it was written in previous reviews.
Food is the word - stay hungry! And it's not the first time in the UAE, and I've always been surprised how delicious they cook. You will not see such dishes in this hotel, but you will constantly see plates being cleaned in front of you - it's terrible! (once again, they paid for 4*)
Coffee machine 2 is working, has been resting for 2 days.
Cleaning - well, it seems like they are cleaning, the bathroom is “especially clean"!
Everything is dirty near the hotel too.
There's not much place to go. The nearest exchanger is 20-30min. There is also a vegetable and fish market nearby.
I don't really understand the people who came here for the second time. We definitely don't set foot here anymore!
I give 3 stars, there is definitely no more, but this is my opinion.

They were brought to the hotel at 9 a.m., immediately checked in and sent for breakfast. The room was spacious on the 11th floor, but I took it with a view of the mountains and mostly these rooms overlooked neighboring houses and my window was right in front of someone else's loggia. I asked to change the room and they changed it to a room with a sea view without extra charge, although it was a little smaller, but spacious enough for one. Cleaning is done in the evening and not always, but if you call the reception or ask the person who does it, they will immediately clean it. There was also a kettle in the room, sets with tea, coffee, sugar and cream, two bottles of water, and in the bathroom shower gel, shampoo, body balm, toothbrush and paste. Slippers were brought upon request. All that was missing, she asked to bring it and immediately brought it. There is also an iron in the room, which is very convenient. I only took breakfast at the hotel. The assortment is not large, but you definitely won't stay hungry, the only minus, and for me, there was no sweet. The public beach is 900 meters from the hotel, and the wild one is across the street from the hotel. It is very convenient for a beach holiday, there are also cafes and shops nearby. The hotel is very conveniently located and the staff is very helpful. During the rest there was not a single unresolved problem. The pool is on the 19th floor, but I just went there a couple of times to sit for a while. There is no point in using the pool when the sea is nearby.

We liked it, we have already visited this hotel twice, the first time in December of the nineteenth year and in December of the twenty-third. Of course, there are changes, both for the good and for the bad.
On the positive side, a lot was completed, improved, it became convenient to walk along the road, the beach in front of the hotel was cleared, there were several places where you can go and see, the hotel is located almost next to the ocean, which is very cool. You don't have to take the bus, as they do from other hotels. Water is given in bottles every day. There is a fish market nearby, you can choose a fish that you like and bake it in a nearby cafe. You can also buy king prawns, lobsters, langoustines and other animals at the market, for a very reasonable price, which we did instead of dinners. There is also a large liquor store where you can buy various drinks, and the prices seemed to us much lower than in the same dutifry.
One of the disadvantages is that the hotel is a little dilapidated, they stopped giving towels for the beach (they can only be used by the pool, which is located on the 19th floor of the building). We completed the road next to the hotel and now it is very difficult to cross it (the pedestrian crossing is not very convenient and far away), the breakfasts have become more modest, but we had enough. We weren't at the dinner, but according to those who had it on, it would be better not to take it at all. There is only one towel in the room per person, with the condition that they are not given to the beach, many of them were taken from the room, which you will agree is not very convenient.
In general, the rest was a success, we were there for sixteen nights, but I also wanted to stay. Have a good mood and a pleasant stay!

Nice hotel in the city. Please note that this is just a high-rise building without its own territory.
Of the advantages:
- there's a beach across the street. All you have to do is run across the road.
- there is a swimming pool on the 19th floor (and also a sauna, spa, etc.)
- I don't know about everyone, but I was lucky: they checked in at 9 a.m. on arrival (and not at 15.00) and were allowed to hang out in the room until 14.00
- the breakfasts are good, there is always something to eat + the coffee is good
Of the cons:
- no hair dryer
- on the 14th floor (maybe on the rest, I don't know) there is almost no hot water, barely warm
- there is no balcony
Overall a great place. And to go for a swim, and there is somewhere to go in the evening, because there is a lot of everything nearby

The hotel is wonderful! The service is excellent, the location is wonderful. The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are spacious and clean! The sea is across the road, only the traffic is annoying-there are no pedestrian crossings, I had to run across, it's dangerous. The hotel itself is highly recommended for service.
