Comrade Lenin is leading the Agat Electromechanical Plant into a bright communist future.
Apparently, he was so successful that this building of the plant has been closed for several years and put up for sale. Now Ilyich is leading a business center into a bright communist future. That's probably why he has such a dissatisfied face, but the future of a business center in modern Belarus is also a bit predictable.
3/5 for an ugly fence, but you can add a point for a joke with a business center, a total of 4/5
