We were at an institution in the Gallery. The "Silent Beef" waffle is very tasty, before that we tried a sweet waffle about a year ago, I can't remember the name, and it was also quite tasty. The first visit turned out to be good, which cannot be said about the last one. The sales girl with dark hair and glasses behaved absolutely boorishly and did everything to scare away customers. There was a desire to turn around and leave, but past experience stopped me from doing what the employee of this wonderful institution was trying so hard to achieve. For waffles 10/10, for service 1/10 (One for putting enough napkins)

St. Petersburg waffle chain. They cook delicious, the waffles are crispy, baked. The "Legend of Norway" is the best in my opinion, spinach dough feels great, cottage cheese and salted fish.

If you want to spoil the mood, then you should definitely go to this institution.
Initially, you are greeted by a cashier girl, who treats you like an annoying fly.
The girl is more concerned about her phone and personal correspondence during the acceptance of the order than the interest in selling the product.
I ordered a large Snickers waffle, with rolled eyes, I was told that I would have to wait 20 minutes, but since I had wanted to try this dish for a long time, I was willing to wait.
As it turned out, 20 minutes at the cashier is 40 minutes of waiting for the customer, given that there were only two orders, and one of them is mine.
After my patience exceeded all acceptable limits, the alarm finally rang.
As soon as I arrived, I saw this work of art.
There were also no appliances, even if you need to pay for them separately, they didn't warn you about it, they just gave you this poor waffle in paper and with a couple of napkins.
As indicated in the composition, you will find: nutella, zafir cream, crushed peanuts, airy rice, caramel sauce, powdered sugar, classic waffle.
When I came to the table, I realized that there was no powdered sugar, but after taking a bite of this dish, I received a cardboard waffle, liquid marshmallows from the fix price for 3 rubles and airy rice.
Nutella was present only in the composition, the caramel sauce was of disgusting quality, and peanuts were only at the beginning of the waffle, and at the end of 2-3 halves from the nut.
If it were possible to put a 0 or a negative mark, then this institution would definitely receive it.
Everything is simple at the lowest level: the quality of the products, the service and the attitude towards the customer.

Раньше было вкуснее, сейчас ввели новые рецепты, которые брать не стоит. Курица получилась мягкой и сочной, но на этом из плюсов всё. Раньше часто заходили и насобирали печатей в карточке, на седьмую бесплатную вафлю. На самой карточке с печатями не указаны какие-то условия мелким шрифтом и тд. Однако кассир отказался давать нам просто большую вафлю бесплатно со второй большой вафлей, которую мы хотели приобрести. Я даже поняла бы, если бы они за бесплатную посчитали бы ту, которая была дешевле, но кассир заявил, что бесплатная вафля будет только маленькая. Почему нигде это не было написано?
Разочаровалась в данном месте. Больше ходить туда не буду.

It is also worth noting that specifically in the gallery, for some reason, the amount and preparation of the filling for the same waffle is changing.
Last time it was too liquid that everything flowed out, this time it was as if it didn't exist at all, very little was put in.
The brand itself is very impressive, but I do not advise going to the gallery because of the indifferent attitude of the employees.
It's better to go to the stone hill, there they serve well and put the filling as it should, fulfilling at least the requirements for gramovki.

My mouth was on fire from Chicken Prime. I couldn't even handle half of it. I came up to clarify why it is not indicated that the waffle is spicy. To which the girl and the guy laughed and said that she couldn't be sharp. And my mouth, apparently, was just burned from the inside in the sun. The cutlet never looks like a chicken. I didn't understand where the cheese was either. AND TERRIBLY SHARP! Yes, at least he would say: "I'm sorry, I went too far with pepper in breadcrumbs" or something else. They would have offered to return the money. On a plate of pills for stomach pain. But no. It was fun to watch videos and have fun with a person.

Вафли оценить не могу, потому что меня отказались обслуживать. Там позиция стоила вроде бы 8,9 р., я протянул 10 р., на что кассир сначала сурово попросила поискать что-то более мелкое из налички, а т.к. ничего иного у меня не было, то сказала, что рассчитать она меня не сможет, т.к. у неё нет сдачи, и просто отвернулась. Так что моё знакомство с вафлями в этом заведении не состоялось, и думаю, что и не состоится.

Пришли компанией, хотели отдохнуть и вкусно перекусить. В итоге девушки сказали что у них не будет сдачи и отправили менять. Я тоже работаю и знаю что у них обязан быть размен. Если и нет размена, я не должна бегать и искать им копейки. Испортили все настроение. Обратите внимание на сотрудников и на их отношение к гостям.

Сам много бельгийских вафель пробовал, решил и тут попробовать. За 7.3 руб. получил маленькую порцию ~140 грамм. Само тесто на вкус не очень, как будто кушаешь сухую печеньку. Есть множество кафе где вафли в разы вкуснее.

Вафли не плохие на вкус, но по размеру были меньше чем заявлены на фото. Жалко что при заказе на вынос не дают пакетов, а упаковочные коробки не предназначены для переноски. Ждали не долго.
