I also ordered a beef steak, instead of a stuffed cutlet, so it also floats in cheese. By the way, my friend ordered a cheese soup that tasted like corn starch. In short, it's a disgusting place, you wait for 30 minutes. And you get this. So also the tables are wobbling, and the serving is disgusting. But the price for all this is simple, it does not justify the quality.

We attended breakfast (breakfast from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.), liked the interior, the quick serving of dishes, the absence of a large crowd of people in the morning. There is a summer terrace. Madame's croc is a great hearty dish to start the day!) I really liked the berry smoothie and fresh apple juice, as well as croissants for morning baking. We recommend it!

Only one disadvantage is that sometimes the service is not very good. The order will be accepted and ... as a family, we sit and carry not as it should be, but a salad to one, then after 10 minutes another dish, then after 10 minutes another dish and it turns out. One has eaten and is looking at the other... This is not right, everywhere if they bring it to everyone, or you sit and wait for your dish. Or I ordered everything at once and the dessert and dessert were brought immediately without asking. And then how to eat fish?....
Here, you need to train the staff a little!!!
And then the Germans came to visit us, they also said: a good restaurant, the cuisine is also good, but not the right service!!!

On 07/01/2023, we were guests of the city of Mogilev and visited this institution.
The work of the staff does not leave much to be desired, but should be radically revised by the owners of the institution.The girls working on the "veranda" from the word do not pay attention at all to customers who have already received an order.The napkins were never removed.To order anything else, it took a long time to attract the attention of the staff.
Even more memorable was the trip to the "ladies' room", which was found by the bright smell of chlorine.

The restaurant is very beautiful, the style is sustained, I am from Moscow and it is difficult to surprise me, but it turned out here! The staff is smart, we were served by the intern Alyona, above all praise, well done! The menu is really not big, but the wine list is great! The only thing that struck me was that, taking the remaining food with them, they offered a bag for food or a lunchbox, but for 35 kopecks, it was somehow ridiculous, against the background of such a luxurious decoration and such a level of the restaurant. Now I know where to eat delicious food, in a beautiful environment!

11.07.2022 the family visited this institution. The atmosphere, the interior is interesting (replicas of paintings by a famous artist add their own flavor), disposes for a quiet family dinner, there is a romantic note. The staff is polite and friendly. They bring water right away, it's summer after all, and it was needed. Everyone can find something of their own in the menu. There is a special menu for children and the dishes are decorated in a children's style. We didn't order alcohol, but the choice is not bad.
The order was not waited for long, about 25-30 minutes. The dishes are decorated well. But!!! I was unlucky, there was a microworm in my ravioli on the microgrip, a real white wiggling worm!!! The dish was of course taken away the receptionist apologized: "The replay was not watched. We will exclude your dish from the receipt. Do you want to cook a new dish of the same kind, or will you order something else?"
My appetite and evening were completely ruined for me, I didn't want to order anything and eat at all. But in order not to spoil the mood of my loved ones and a joint evening with my family, I ordered myself just a hamburger.
The hamburger may have been good, but I didn't enjoy it, because I spent the whole evening looking at the plates of my children and my wife to see if something was moving in them and in me, of course, too.
Desserts are not bad, I was born in the USSR, I really love the Kievsky cake, it's really good there, but the Carrot cake is on an average level and there is only a sponge cake of carrot such as it should be, and the rest of the ingredients are the imagination of the pastry chef.
The result is this: of course, we will not come here for the next few years, as there will be unpleasant memories in our heads.1 Star for the interior, 2 for dessert and minus 3 for a spoiled evening.

But the whole stay was confusing, because I constantly heard the receptionist at the counter talking loudly (sitting in the first hall), complaining and constantly attracting attention to herself. I consider it inappropriate for personal and work moments (my dissatisfaction) with visitors. I had to listen about all the people she is not happy with, about the staff that drives her, etc.

The waiters will always tell you which dish is right for you, they are well versed in the menu, even in drinks.

The food is delicious, but that's where the good ends.. . The staff IS TERRIBLE. The receptionist greets her with some kind of favor, as if everything is a burden to her and did not offer to wait for an empty table or sit down at the one that is booked in 2 hours only. If they hadn't been in a hurry, they would have left for sure. We had to ask for the menu ourselves, the waiters walked by. Then the waiter and the receptionist decided whether we could order what we wanted, because our table needs to be vacated in 1.5 hours... They asked for napkins themselves, although the waiter should keep an eye on it, and we should not remind them about it. The change was not brought to us, they were going to leave it, so they did not remind the waiter of her duties again, but this bottom did not bring the change (they were still at the table for 10 minutes after the calculation)

The interior is gorgeous, it's a pleasure to look at the paintings on the walls. We ordered mashed soup with mushrooms and broth - just delicious, especially with mushrooms. We decided to try roast beef with port wine sauce, the portion is small for such a price, the meat is not bad, the mashed potatoes as a side dish are mediocre, and the sauce did not go at all. The shrimp ravioli seems to be good. You will have to wait from 15+ minutes. I was pleased with the serving of dishes, beautiful decoration and dishes.
