I went to this store only because the prices are lower than those of sig.no. I bought for myself under the system and brought friends, a lot was bought, you can consider me a regular. I didn't like the service at all. Until you ask for the check yourself, no one will give it, and they immediately throw it away without asking. Okay, let's leave it out. Today there was a case, I wanted a so-called one-size-fits-all. I came, I bought it, they didn't say anything, they just said that I would open it and check if it stretches, okay, I checked, it stretches. As soon as I started smoking at home, the cigarette was enough for 20 puffs, correct (1 puff in 10 seconds), the store did not say how it is recommended to smoke. Well, I think I'll come back tomorrow, I'll exchange it. I come, explain the situation, and in response I hear - "so what?" and the silence, I didn't hear any suggestions, etc. What could have caused this to happen. After that, the seller says in plain text that the one-size-fits-all items are non-refundable, hmm... Why didn't they tell me that yesterday??? Then he added that if I hadn't opened and checked, then MAYBE there could have been a refund, hahahaha, I was most surprised from that. Then he showed me a piece of paper and said, everything is written here, there was a lot of stuff written there, but that disposable cigarettes are non-refundable, I did not see such an offer! In short, this store does NOT have a customer orientation, the sellers probably arranged it right from school)

I bought a vairoresso barr pod, on the very first day of using it, I began to fire endlessly, handed it over under warranty to "repair". They promised that they would do everything in 2-2.5 weeks. They'll call. it took 3 weeks, I had to call myself and get information, the person on the line fed me breakfast that he would figure it out right away, said that they would call me back in a couple of minutes. This whole story has been going on for 3 days, no one calls, and when I call myself, they feed me the same breakfasts. even today I called, they told me they would call me back in a couple of minutes. and as a result, 5 hours have passed, the time is 00:43— there is no call. not only is the product in unusable condition, they also cannot repair / exchange it and are fed empty breakfasts.
