Seems professional and organized. But I only visited to get a small health check. Can also point out that it looks nice and clean, which wasn't that common in Russia. :D

If we compare to other free hospitals in Armenia this one is of the best for sure. Although my last visit was not the best one as the doctor was trying to get rid of me quickly, without even solving my problems and in the end he just ran out of the room even though I had a couple of problems that I wanted to speak about.

One of those small clinics that became medical centers "thanks" to covid. The price tags bite. Queuing and the service as a whole is well organized. There are good specialists (sonography, gastro..) but you need to sharpen, check, and get recommendations.

So, according to the points: 1) Ophthalmology. My husband has an unusual disease, they said about it right away, passed all sorts of examinations, so that as a result they told us to "Drink vitamins". No dosage, no normal explanations. Minus 200k in total 1) Ophthalmology x2. This time the mother-in-law went. They wrote out an UNREADABLE prescription. They asked me to send to the post office what the doctor wrote down. It didn't get any clearer. As a result, the optics did the same thing to understand what kind of damn glasses to take! 2) Gynecology. I did a lot of tests so that they would not make a diagnosis, but it was unclear what. Spoiler alert: Nothing helped. 3) Calling a doctor at home. My husband has angina, it's understandable. The tests are done. It is unclear why, they did not say anything new. Take strepsils - great. 4) Tests and ivs. The only thing there were no questions about. The nurses are great! 5) The price - quality does not match absolutely! I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. On the plus side, someone speaks Russian.

A good clinic , all possible doctors were gathered in a small area . This is both good and bad . There were large crowds of people and it was impossible to pass through the narrow passages. There is only one elevator and if you are with children and you are above 2 floors, you will have to wait. Otherwise, the clinic left only positive impressions.

I paid 10 thousand drams for the consultation without consultation (I knew my problem). But okay. I came to remove a wart on my heel, there was no nitrogen in the clinic on the day of the consultation. The laser was prescribed in 4 days. I arrived in advance, as needed (office 57 at 16:00, September 28). I waited 20 minutes for my turn, did not wait (even if the doctor came out and warned me that I had to wait), took the money (5000 AMD for the laser) and left. I gave 10,000 for nothing. I won't come to the clinic anymore! Although she used to come often.

The doctors are not bad, but the system at the reception spoils everything: to just get to the doctor you are registered with, you need to stand in line for 20 minutes to just give a ticket. Moreover, 2 girls from 2 windows sit at one window and accept only one person at a time. After a visit to the doctor, the story repeats itself, you need to sit and wait again to make an appointment for tests.

Աշխատակիցները քրարից անտեղյակ են մեկը ասում է պետք է զանգեք ճշտեք ձեր թղթերը ուրիշ բուժ. Հաստատությունից տեղափոխէել են թե ոչ։ Զանգում եմ , որ ճշտեմ աշխատակիցը 1 րոպե չի ներկայանում ուր եմ զանգահարել և ով է պատասխանում, լռում եմ այնքան մինչ ներկայանան։ Հետո հարցիս թե տեղափոխվել են թղթերս պատասխանում է, որ նամակ պետք է գա ու մեկ րոպե էլ տանում է մինչ հասկանա և ինֆորմացիա տրամադրի։ Լավ կարծիք ունեի, բայց առայժմ փոխվել է կարծիքս սպասարկման որակի պատճառով։

You arrive early and wait in line for two hours - the electronic queue does not work. Doctors just lock themselves in the office or leave and the whole crowd waits, then people are recruited who are scheduled later, arguments about who should come in, etc.

կարողանաի 0 դնել, կդնեի։ Չգիտեմ ինչից են շատեը գոհ, բայց բժշկները, reception աշխատակիցները իրար հետ կապ չունեցող ինֆո ունեն։ 6շաբաթ հղի գալիս եմ, 1 հարկի ընդունարանի աշխատակիցը ասբւմ է պետք չի վճարել, բժիշկը ասում է վճարի 10.000՝ 2 հարկինը ասում է պետք է՞ ես չգիտեմ։ Հարգելի մենեջմենթ, այսօր խնդրեցի թերապեֆտիս справка բացի, որ ջերմում եմ, աշխատանքի ՉԵՄ կարող գնալ։ Բժիշկը ասաց, որ շինչեւ 21:30 կուղարկի։ 19:40 զանգում եմ ընդունարան, ասում են այդպիսի բան չենք անում։ Երկար բանակցելուց հետո աշխատակիցը ասաց, որ բժիշկը մինչ 21:30 կապնվի, քանզի այս հարցը շտապ է։ Կխնդրեմ հետեւել 'ձայնագրվող զանգերին՚ եւ որակը բարձրացնել, ԿԱՄ ԲՈԼՈՐ ԱՇԽԱՏԱԿԻՑՆԵՐԻՆ ՆՈՒՅՆ ԻՆՖՈՆ ՏԱԼ!!!!! ԶԶՎԱՑՐԻՔ!!! Շտապ հարց էր, շաբաթ օրը։ Խնդրեցի բժիշկը կապ հաստատի, ինչ ասեց աշխատողը???? -Էմմա, ապպահովագրություն չունեք, չենք կարող զանգ փոխանցել։ սադիստներ, պատահար է եղել, ԶԱՆԳԵԼՆԵԼ Է ԱՐԴԵՆ ՁԵՒԱԿԱՆ PLATFORM ԴԱՐՁԵԼ!! Naturally, being late for an appointment. I signed up for an ENT with a specific problem, except for the examination and appointment of dietary supplements, I did not do anything and did not appoint. She assured me that the dryness in my throat was due to breathing through my mouth, although I kept telling her that I had no problems breathing through my nose. I wasn't interested in anamnesis, I didn't ask about chronic diseases. when examining my throat, I said that there is no inflammation on the tonsils, but I do not have tonsils, they were removed 6 years ago. I did not prescribe any tests, nor additional examinations. I just prescribed a HORMONAL nasal spray, which also stands like an airplane wing. in general, it is bad. very bad. I do not recommend it.

I went to the clinic with an emergency case (my back was seized and I couldn't move). I was booked into a neurologist on the same day, they warned me that I could wait 1.5 hours for the doctor, because I was not in the queue, but I was accepted in the first 10 minutes of waiting. I got to Astghik Sudjian (ironically, a week or two earlier I wanted to make an appointment with this neurologist, but I kept putting it off). I recommend doctors 🫶
