A very nice girl cooked delicious pancakes with pear jam, responsibly helped me choose a dish that will not spoil my braces. There are sofas, armchairs, chairs - you can choose a comfortable place for yourself. The air conditioner maintains an ideal temperature, there is a special table for children and teenagers, books, pencils. The toilet is mega cozy and caring for the guests, thank you) the disadvantage needs to be eliminated, there is a smell from the air conditioner or from the sink when you come in from the street, you immediately feel it, and then you get used to it. The coffee shop is located in a convenient location - near the metro, for which we are very grateful with our family) A large selection of products, both sweet desserts and hearty food. I really want to mention the pancakes with ham, they really sunk into the heart of the barista girls!! We provided a cozy atmosphere in the coffee shop. I kissed the hands of the director of this cafe for the lovely ladies😂😂

A stable network. They're polite. Pleasant ones. Coffee always tastes the same. There was also a one-time order for a cup and a large one for 10 servings. They work fast, but when there was a big order, they made a bit of a fuss and got lost. The music is calm. There have never been any curd rings from 3 visits (well, this is a classic).

I have been coming to this cafe almost daily since its opening. I was completely satisfied with everything until yesterday. The drinks were always delicious, the barista service was 100%.
05.09 I stopped by as always for coffee. The barista girl is probably new, she hasn't seen it before. The first claim is a croissant. First of all, there were almost no ingredients, and every time she chose a croissant, she remembered that something was missing. When giving back, the croissant was stale, and the smell was not fresh. The ingredients are, as always, chopped coarsely, but the skin was not removed from the smoked chicken, the look is disgusting. I ordered a double cappuccino for coffee, and the barista asked me the size again, they prepared a small one for me at the exit (I hope everything will be fine the next time I come, as before

The coffee shop is new, the interior is very pleasant to the eye, courteous service.
But I want to note the incomprehensible serving of tea to me. We ordered jasmine and Earl Grey. But the water barely touched the bottom of the teapot, the lid was not the right size and it was impossible to pour tea without holding it - it fell.
I asked the barista if it's okay that the water doesn't touch the tea leaves. The answer was - the water will pass through the brew at the moment when we pour into the cup. I asked if these seconds are enough for the right strength of tea, of course.
Naturally, this is not enough, and the tea was not saturated enough.
I don't think 50 ml of water will ruin the place.
There is no air conditioning in the exit hall, it was stuffy.

We were in the institution on 09/22/24 service at minus 10 - since when is getting ice out of the ice maker with YOUR HANDS (without gloves, of course) considered the norm? Coffee for 2 cups (milk for cappuccino is not whipped, there is no foam, there is no latte art), going behind the counter and asking to pour water into glasses again, the reaction of one of the barista girls is simply phenomenal: roll your eyes and say a checkmate out loud and with a wildly tired look still pour me water.. Since when is this the norm? Why are there 2 workers on shift, and the chairs are covered in crumbs, while the girls are sitting on the floor behind the bar on their phones? Why is the price tag like in all breweries in the city, but the quality is at 0? Have you decided that the area is Factory, so the service is not needed? With such a service, I strongly advise against visiting!
