The cool new coffee shop of the Varka franchise.
There are favorite cottage cheese rings on the menu. There are also rings with condensed milk and nut cream that are very tasty. Eclairs are also very cool. There is also granola.
Of the unsweetened dishes, there are caesar bowls and chicken/quinoa. There are also muffins and unsweetened croissants.
The coffee shop is pet - friendly and you can come in with your fuzzies.
Staff is pleasant, sociable and smiling.
I recommend this coffee shop.

One of the best coffee shops of the Varka chain
Conveniently located, friendly service and excellent quality of both drinks and desserts. There's nothing wrong with the atmosphere and cleanliness either.
In general, Varka is an excellent quality chain, it is very nice to have a proven coffee maker location in Minsk)

I love cooking, but today I'm disappointed...
they came with flowers, politely asked us to help us find at least some kind of container to put flowers in, to enjoy the atmosphere and coffee in peace... Refused twice... Okay, there are no vases, conditions, etc. although no one has canceled human responsiveness.. Apparently not with these people..
and if this moment can be omitted, then the following fact of the action of this staff is simply speechless... Close the toilet half an hour before the coffee shop closes on Monday 10.02.25. Without explaining to us why it is closed... "So it's already closed," the girl replies in surprise when she tries to get into the bathroom.. Apparently this is a separate institution working on a different traffic... Respect

The espresso turned out to be very sour, but that's my subjective opinion. No water was offered, but 200 ml was poured into a glass to take away. I won't take coffee here a second time.
Takeaway espresso cups would still be nice to have.
