A coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere and a convenient location. The staff is polite and friendly. The menu is a good "Varka" standard. We ordered coffee classics. Americano is a decent coffee. But cappuccino and double cappuccino are cool + nuance - the latte art pattern is inverted in relation to the cup handle. A trifle... maybe. But it's a classic. I have mixed feelings... Maybe we were just unlucky?

I went to the coffee shop today, and I was completely delighted! The atmosphere is simply amazing: a cozy atmosphere, pleasant music, and most importantly – delicious coffee. But I would especially like to mention the staff: each of the employees is friendly and attentive. They do not just do their job, but create a mood and comfort for each guest.
The waiters are always ready to help with the choice, tell you about new products and answer any questions. It is clear that they love their work and take care of the visitors. I will come back here again and again! Thank you so much for your hospitality and quality service! ☕✨

Long waiting time, ordered two identical drinks, brought two different ones. Before ordering, they asked if the drinks were hot (they wanted to keep warm from the cold), to which they answered yes, and when they brought it, the drink was barely warm, they asked the barista, to which they received the answer that the drinks were prepared according to technological maps. As a result, we did not warm up with a hot drink, one drink turned out to be not what we ordered. There were no offers to do it again or simply reheat it. I do not recommend this place.

It was terrible, we went in for tea, as a result we waited for 20 minutes, the people who were behind us in the queue had already eaten and drunk coffee. Then our order was not brought to us, after that we naturally came to find out when our order would be ready - we announced another 5-7 minutes of waiting. Tea!
As I understand it, we just lost or forgot about our order.
After it turned out that the croissant that I ordered was the last one and it was given to someone, the girls decided for a long time what to do and from somewhere they got 2 more croissants - no longer as lush and fresh as they had been on display before. We watched it all from the table.
As a result, 20 minutes of waiting, an old crumpled croissant and the dissatisfied faces of the girls of the workers - after all, we are the bad visitors who find fault with something. They spoiled the mood and had to finish the tea on the way, and not in the comfort of a cafe as planned.

Waiting for sea buckthorn drink and Americano in a queue of two people is 15 minutes. Baristas prefer to have a dialogue with a girlfriend outside the bar or just move bottles from shelf to shelf rather than do their job. To wait for her drinks, she had to be reminded of this, because the barista girl got bored and decided to just stand at an empty cash register. After the reminder about the order, another 5 minutes passed and we received our drinks, received them later than those who came later than us :)

It turned out that there were already not enough ingredients for the second drink. For some reason, everyone was silent about this when they punched our order receipt...
They asked for hot coffee, and brought cold...
It left the impression that I owe the barista something for my money, and not the other way around...
