My favorite place in Minsk of all coffee shops. The staff is always friendly. Lilith and Nikita are very cool, polite and make delicious coffee. This place has a number of features: it is very quiet and cozy, there is no street noise; small scales are used in the manufacture of coffee, calculating the gram; a place with a history and if you ask the barista, he will tell you about the drawing of the walls and take pictures; there is a cat that can be photographed, but it is better not to touch it, it is like a local landmark)

It's the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. I ordered coffee with pancakes, the coffee was as strong as urine with milk. There were pancakes with salmon on the menu, as a result, they were carried for an hour and, as it turned out, they were actually canned (tuna from a traffic light). For two servings of pancakes with fried canned food, they ask for 30Br. But there wasn't even a whiff of salmon. But there was a smell of detergent on the dishes and I almost threw up when there was also a taste of detergent on the fork!!!! I am extremely dissatisfied with the establishment!!!! I advise the director to pay attention to the composition of the menu and the cook.
Of the advantages, only a good design, but the walls have already been climbed.

I liked the seasonal coffee very much, but it felt like 10 times more milk than coffee, it was almost not felt
croissants are hearty and very tasty, fish are put enough.

Cappuccino is only for 3+, canele was taken from desserts - for 4+. It is cozy inside, there are tables and armchairs for a company of 2 to 5 people. It's a pity there is no veranda or tables outside - just a couple of wooden and not too comfortable "chairs".

2 panamochki: a thin, bearded panamochka with tattoos, and a basic bald Slavic panamochka — they can not cope with work, having an average workload. We waited for 2 coffees for 20 minutes, but in the end we forgot about the syrup anyway and just "pumped" it on top. other customers get their orders confused, they give out the wrong thing, and the tables take sooo long to clean. the girls around us cleared the table themselves to sit down. very doubtful :( not typical of cooking :(

As usual, the whole disadvantage is in the staff - they did not arrive at the latest time, two hours before closing, one barista girl worked at the checkout, although even in small Breweries they work in pairs. We got confused when ordering, forgot where we sat down and brought us the wrong order.
For coffee, everything is OK - cappuccino is brewed well, without a bitter / sour aftertaste, the foam is rich. The seasonal menu can be pleasantly pleasing - in autumn and winter there were very interesting and, most importantly, delicious coffee and tea-based drinks.
Desserts are also good - they order a variety of mousse, eclair and tartlet products from a third-party pastry shop. Prices do not bite, everything is almost "communist-like".
