Positive: stylish salon in the city center, high-quality work, excellent manicure.
Cons: unfortunately, the staff is not trained to work with clients at all. The question arises, out of the goodness of their hearts, they were recruited from an ad behind the garages? Easily, the owner in 50% of cases recruits his own kind. Actually, being a lady of not the highest moral principles, she, along with the masters, heals clients behind her back. Masters openly engage in cheap manipulations. With "feedback", the administrator laughs wildly and devalues the client's request.
To the question "why is that?" the typical narcissistic-abusive attitudes sound like "what did you do so that we didn't hate you?" or "it seemed to you, but we already apologized"
The salon preaches double standards: those who dared to criticize them are expelled forever (the owner personally calls everyone)). Like, the wrong field of chamomile.

I went for a manicure with reinforcement. I warned you in advance that I would need to repair 2 nails or retrain them. There was a large length of his own nails (2.5-about 3 cm) with reinforcement. She asked me to remove the length to 0.5cm so that I could grow my nails of normal quality. In the end, the normal nails were cut down to almost zero, the nails on the right hand are shorter than on the left. I told the master that it was shorter than I had planned. She replied that the length could no longer be reinforced with a base and should be reinforced with a gel with an additional payment of 15 rubles. At the beginning of the manicure, I specifically specified everything I needed, and I got the answer - no problem, the base is tight, we'll do it. My Instagram entry lists a service - manicure with long-term coating and reinforcement - 55p. Why on earth should I pay another 15 rubles extra?
How did the master solve the length issue? On my right hand, I plopped gel on the free edge (not the entire length!!!!!), gave a couple of millimeters of length and supposedly strengthened the nails. The nails are not sawn from the inside.
I have no questions about nail treatment and repair. But the master's work raises serious questions.

I recently visited this salon. I was left completely upset by the haircut. Now I don't even know what to do and where to run so that I can fix the classic square, which turned out to be quite short anyway. And if you start to fix it, then you can already do a very short haircut. I'm just crying! Why didn't the salon specify what kind of haircut it would be when recording? Since the square is a very difficult haircut. Valeria's girlfriend was cutting my hair with shaking hands. I thought she was going to cut her fingers. Bottom line: I have a square in waves and chunks... And I don't know what to do now. Recommendation for the salon. Ask when recording which haircut is planned. At least in order to offer a master who knows how to do it.
