It's a good place. A large restaurant chain. A varied menu. I liked the cuisine: fresh greens in salads, national flavor, interesting tinctures. The service is fast. In a sense, for tourists, "Cornflowers" is almost a symbol of a trip to Minsk.

There is no place for temporary waiting at the entrance, and for several minutes I and the children had to stand in the aisle, interfering with everyone. The lower hall (down the spiral staircase) disappointed with its scarcity and lack of imagination in the decoration. Terrible tables. More or less normal standard sofas with cushions. The air conditioner was set at 19 and blew directly on my back. After 10 minutes of waiting, we had to call an official to accept our order. The salad was quickly brought (olivier is more than usual), disgusting cheese sticks for some reason made of dough with terrible ketchup. We were waiting for about 1.20 hotter and I already wanted to leave with the children. The baked dumplings were passable, but the beef medallions were just awful. The meat is tough, the potatoes are few and burnt, the taste is average, even the mushrooms did not save. So that you understand the portion size, I sentenced the "dish" in 5 minutes, as we were in a hurry. There is no TV, the basement is stupid. The official did not even offer bread with meat, I would not refuse. Such probably 3-4 portions are necessary for an adult man to eat.
My daughter was upset, I was disappointed. A boring, cheap place with mediocre service and high prices. I do not recommend it.

Wonderful! I recommend definitely visiting, but there are too many people, which leads to waiting, but the waiters warn about this. Everything is cooked wonderfully, the dishes are hot and delicious, the service is excellent! We were on the ground floor in the basement - quiet, calm, authentic!!! The receipt turned out to be around 90 bel.rubles! But it was worth it! I recommend definitely visiting + the botanical garden is a uniquely beautiful place!

It's incredibly delicious! The pancakes are the most tender, the meat melts in your mouth. The staff is friendly. They cook quickly. The atmosphere is cozy, we were sitting on the summer veranda, it is covered with glass, so the wind did not interfere. The music is not very loud, although they were sitting under the speaker.

I recommend asem. The food is very tasty, we have tasted almost everything in a week. Even Gena was ordered to take out. Draniki and sausages are just super. At lunch we ate cabbage soup from sauerkraut, just a masterpiece. Always a full hall both at lunch and in the evening, we went to the dade at 22;00.:nice music and very cozy. They advised us to go here and we really liked it. The decoration of the hall, the uniform of the staff, the dishes, everything is designed in style - such a Belarusian flavor, discreet, very pleasant. They immediately warned that it would be hotter for 40 minutes, but this is understandable, full halls of visitors. We drank delicious lemonade and beer while waiting) They were brought almost immediately. Salads and a cooler were also brought quickly enough, I liked everything! And hot too: pancakes, potatoes with meat, potatoes with mushrooms. There is a menu for children: French fries (our girl only respects her)) and pencils with coloring books to keep the child busy 👍

Independence 89, lower hall : terrible service, the menu is not served, customers are not approached, the waiter had to be caught on the stairs. The dishes are not served when ready, but wait until the hot is cooked and cooled. In general, I do not recommend this place.

I once had to visit such a restaurant. To be honest, it was one of the most frustrating culinary adventures of my life. It seemed to me that every dish I tasted was different from the usual taste and quality that I expected. And this is despite the exquisite interior and attentive service.
I ordered Steaks, it was overcooked, did not match the order and was practically tasteless. It was as if it had been cooked literally in a hurry. And although I asked for seasonings and sauces to save him, they weren't impressed either.
Also, the waiters seemed careless and not attentive enough to their customers. Several times I had to go through the hall to call someone from the staff. I am sure that this is not the best way to keep visitors.
I understand that my experience may differ from the experience of other visitors, but every time I think about this restaurant, I feel disappointed and unwilling to return there anymore.

We decided to go in to check if we were lucky and would be well fed.)
It seems that the establishment has a good rating and local cuisine.
