The establishment has a pleasant interior, divided into several zones, and this is where the advantages of living conditions end. How could you open an institution with so many places for visitors and not build a restroom, neither wash your hands, nor relieve yourself. We have to go to the first floor and look for a toilet there. Guys, you didn't open a shawarma shop, but a decent place.
Well, as for the kitchen, I'll say this: the prices are like in the establishments in the center, and the portions are just scanty, although they are cooked well (I ordered a dish with beef). The dish was brought very quickly, most likely the beef is cooked using the sous-vide technology, at least I hope that it is not heated. But the portions are approaching Michelin-starred establishments by weight, as if you did not come here to eat, but to enjoy our dishes. Apparently this is the message.

We decided to visit this place with friends.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly waiter and placed us at a comfortable table.
We ordered drinks, hot dishes - everything was brought very quickly and when ready.
The kitchen is at a height of 10/10
The service is also 10/10
The receptionist Polina asked if we liked everything and if there were any questions about the dishes

I was in this place, I liked everything, from the quiet and pleasant atmosphere, to the variety of dishes on the menu. A very pleasant place, both to just sit with a cup of coffee, and to come in with the whole family. The dish itself was very tasty, the staff is very friendly and kind.

We visited 2 different establishments. The menu is very good and causes an appetite, but I didn't really like the taste, only there were no complaints about tea. The establishments in the center are not bad, but on the outskirts (Nalibokskaya) it is better not to visit - the service is poor, for some reason drunk people were lying on the sofas in the hall (I don't know what it was connected with, the first time I met with such a person).

There are no complaints about food. But the staff surprised me more than ever. We visited several restaurants of this chain, everything was fine. But only here they just forgot about us. There were practically no people. We were waiting for the waiter to pay, she even approached the bar herself and asked to come to us anyway. As a result, no one came. I had to go to the bar myself with my things again, and the waiters and the receptionist just talked without thinking about us.
To be honest, there was a desire to just leave, since no one was going to count us out.
And a guest sleeping nearby for a long time also once again confirms the fact that the staff is inattentive to guests…
