I have been in Minsk for several days now and visited several similar establishments.
And this rest is just mine. Delicious prices and even more delicious dishes. Everything is on top and everything was brought quickly.
The food is just AHHHHHH. The only thing I don't recommend is draniki with a marapulka or whatever it's called.
This is a dranik and a separate zryuchevo from the fat set of everything that was in Belarus . But it's my stomach that's weak (
And so it's a very tasty thing.
The draniki are just great . I recommend a separate cold brew ( beetroot in Russian). I already wanted to pour it into a glass separately and drink it all day.
The thing is incredibly delicious
I wouldn't recommend just a set of tinctures, but that's not what the guys specialize in. These are not tinctures, but just vodka with syrup .
But I'm not a fan of alcohol, the main thing is to eat)

This institution was visited with my sister for the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised. The first thing I want to note is the cozy interior in the Belarusian folk style, soft unobtrusive music. Delicious hot dishes and drinks, served within 10-15 minutes, were also very pleased. Super friendly staff, special thanks to the lovely waiter Danila, helped me navigate the menu, noticing that I was with a child, kindly served the children's menu, was very polite throughout the evening. We will return there more than once. The Cannon Race restaurant is a must-visit!

I would like to say that the place is not bad, but there are a couple of disadvantages.
When the dish arrived (veal cheeks with mashed potatoes and mushrooms), it became clear that the meat was cooked perfectly, as the sauce and the soft consistency went very well together, but it was good that the mashed potatoes turned out to be cold. Unfortunately, there were quite a lot of lumps in the potatoes that were not crushed. I can't say that everything was bad, but it still seems to me that the consistency of the puree should still be a little different.

I would also like to say about mushrooms. Nevertheless, I think that mushrooms in such a dish should be fried immediately before serving, so that they do not lose their taste and crispy consistency. Unfortunately, this time the mushrooms had been cooked for a relatively long time, so their taste did not match the desired one.
On the plus side: the dishes are quite tasty, they arrived quickly, and everything is very reasonable for the price.

I ordered sour cream for the pancakes. After the draniki were taken out, I reminded the waiter about sour cream two more times.
Visually, the dishes are very different from what is on the menu. The goulash pancakes have half a pan of gravy and 4 poor pieces of meat. It's the same in mushroom pancakes - 4 poor champignons.
I should also note that almost everything was already cold.

I stood like an idiot waiting for someone to come up from the waiters. In the end, I went to see where I could sit there, after walking to the end of my route, I found at least 4 tables that just needed to be wiped, on the way back to the exit I met the administrator. The Cornflowers restaurant turned out to be a real discovery for me. From the first minutes of the visit, I was struck by the atmosphere of warmth and comfort created by cozy wooden tables decorated with cornflower flowers. The service was excellent, the staff was very attentive and friendly.
The menu of the Vasilki restaurant was pleased with the variety of dishes based on fresh and high-quality ingredients. I tried several dishes and each of them was a real culinary masterpiece. I was especially impressed with the desserts, which are the best.
I spent an unforgettable evening at the Vasilki restaurant and I can say with confidence that this place is worth a visit to all connoisseurs of fine cuisine and a cozy atmosphere.
