I went to Cornflowers yesterday. The food was very tasty, I waited up to 40 minutes for it to be hot, it was expected, as there were a large number of people.

I recently visited the cornflowers restaurant on Danna Mall. The good location is on the third floor. Friendly staff helped with the selection of the menu. It took about 20 minutes for us to cook. We ordered Belarusian dishes. portions are large. the assortment is gorgeous.

This cafe chain is recommended to visit on the Internet. Well, we did not get around…
At the entrance, a small number of people crowded, we were seated, given a menu, everything is OK.
We got acquainted, chose, and waited for the waiter (unfortunately, there are no buttons). No one came up to us for 20 minutes, all four tables sat in a row, looked around and obediently waited, and they were right in the center near the bar. As a result, they went themselves, caught at least some employee and asked us to come up to us.
The waiter arrived in 5 minutes and took the order from all of us (tables), announced the expectation of hot in 40 minutes and left. (We were the first, but brought everything to us last). And the truth is, after 40 minutes, the hot was served, there are no claims and deception. But only we waited for our drinks almost as long (25 minutes). All the neighboring tables have been enjoying cocktails for a long time, but they couldn't pour us coffee and beer🤦🏼♀️
As soon as they finished, they caught the waiter again to request the bill…
Half of the cafe is empty, there are crowds of people at the entrance all the time, no one greets them or seats them.
Prices are lower than in Moscow, well, the food is not wow, as everyone praises, especially the service is such a 🤷🏼♀️

Terrible service of this institution. I visited this institution today, very unpleasant impressions.
I arrived at 3 p.m., there were free tables (at least 6 pieces, in the public domain, I didn't see it inside, I didn't go in). I sat down at the table I liked (I was with my mother last time, we sat at the same table). I waited for the menu for 5 minutes, saw a girl (who eventually, as I understood, turned out to be a hostess, a girl with glasses and almost white hair, relatively short haircut), asked for the menu. A girl with such a displeased face gave me a menu, as if I had asked her to borrow money, not a menu.
A question followed from her, also in a dissatisfied voice: "Did you sit down yourself?". I didn't understand the question, I said, "Well, yes." She tells me, again in a dissatisfied voice, as if reporting back: "Next time you need to stand in line, there are hostesses for seating." Firstly, when I arrived, there was NO ONE from the staff at the entrance. Secondly, I was very hungry, I saw an empty table. Why should I wait for someone who wasn't there? What's the problem with the fact that I sat down at an empty table that I liked? There were no such problems during the last visit
After this dialogue, the girl barely moved away from me, and I distinctly heard the hostess girl CLICK. I understand that there are hard days, sweats, but clicking in front of a visitor is no longer acceptable. It was very unpleasant.
There are no questions for the waitress who took my order. Clearly, correctly, without a dissatisfied face and tone.
I waited for my order (pancakes from the lunch menu + kvass) for more than 30 minutes. Kvass was brought to me 20 minutes after the order, and then about 10 more - draniki. I understand that there was almost a full landing, but how can you cook 2 pancakes and kvass for more than 30 minutes??? Are you serious?
According to the dish: there are no questions about the pancakes, they are hot and delicious. Kvass turned out to be not very good, there are much tastier specimens.
As a result, this light lunch took me almost 40 minutes (I waited another 5 minutes to ask for the bill).
Unfortunately, so far the most delicious and adequate Cornflowers for the staff are in the Gallery shopping center. The Galileo has polite staff, but it took a very long time to prepare meals during an almost empty landing.

We are recommended to find)) the staff, since it's just the two of us, politely let us go ahead of them. Then, as in a bad movie, a redneck-looking waitress, somewhere 5 meters from the entrance, begins to say that she actually has a queue, on my attempt to politely explain that the queue let us pass ahead of itself, interrupts me in a raised tone and announces that there are no seats at all.
Why not put a "NO SEATS" sign in a prominent place? Why do I need to create a queue? Why can't the staff talk?
By the way, it is not possible to leave an appeal on the restaurant's website.
The Soviet legacy is in the most deplorable form.

We were in Minsk with a group of children at competitions. We visited this cafe. There is a whole network of them in Minsk, which is why we chose it. The next day we visited the Cornflowers cafe, but at the Dana moll shopping center. It's just terrible!
