I must say right away-I do not advise it... I've been choosing for a long time... And I chose it on my head. First, the measurer messed up, which is why the installation was postponed for 40 days. Then they found a marriage (allegedly within the norm). After much bickering, she agreed to wait with a 3% discount....I just didn't have the strength to fight them. And today I found it by accident (I started to wipe the dust on the shelves) and I had to turn my head towards the doors... The ends of the top and bottom are not processed. Not painted, not polished. Imagine how to dust them off afterwards. Doors to the bathroom where there is high humidity... there are inscriptions on them, some staples are stuck in. The epic is not over, I will go to sort it out tomorrow, but I DON'T ADVISE ANYONE right now

Good afternoon, inattentive consultants, 10 times focused on the slopes on the front door, assured that they were included in the order, the measurer had them in the order, then assured that everything was brought when the installer installed the interior doors, called and said no slopes, the salon said they forgot to specify them in the order. I do not recommend it.

I ordered the doors with installation in December 2023, one piece of glass turned out to be broken. They promised to replace it in January 2024. Then they just promised to call back, but something doesn't work out for them, apparently they are satisfied with everything - both the quality and the service. It is already March, so we will consider the assessment well deserved.

4 сентября установили входную дверь. Все четко. Демонтировали старую. Просил, по возможности не повредить провода интернета,тв и домофона. Все сделали аккуратно. Даже не заметил когда успели вынести старую дверь и коробку, все убрали. Остался доволен качеством услуг. К менеджерам вопросов нет, все вовремя,всегда на связи. Спасибо

Добрый день. Купила в этом салоне дверь в санузел. Продавец Наталья профессионально и быстро подобрала модель под мои запросы. Дверь пришла с производства ровно в обещанные сроки. По доставке также никаких проблем. Все чётко сработано. Установку дверей произвели исключительно: качественно, быстро и и с юмором))) . Кстати, на полотне сами мастера обнаружили небольшой "пузырь" и сказали мне об этом (а могли бы и промолчать...) В течение 10 минут компания согласовала скидку, удовлетворившую обе стороны. Такой подход радует. Благодарю за ваш труд!

Печально, что до сих пор "специалисты" в компании не научились доставлять правильные заказы.
Заказывали межкомнатную дверь, на сайте указано что доставка и замер бесплатно. Замерщик к нам направлен не был, поэтому принято решение произвести замер проема самостоятельно.
Двери доставили неправильного размера, поменяли на дверь с браком, монтажников дождаться точно не реально.
Не рекомендую

Никогда не писала отзывы, а здесь не могу пройти мимо, уж очень понравились двери и обслуживание. Отличный салон! Остались только приятные впечатления от компании Веллдорис. Когда начинается ремонт, тогда и появляется много вопросов. Казалось двери заказать очень легко, а в итоге оказалось не так уж и Легко. По рекомендации знакомых обратились в салон Веллдорис на пр. Независимости 84А. Салон сразу произвел впечатления, дальше приятные менеджеры, особая благодарность Жанне, рассказала все и подобрала нам именно наши двери, от которых мы с семьёй в восторге. Нам двери нужны были срочно очень и оказалось, что ждать долго не надо. Сотрудники быстро приехали замеряли наши проемы и, через неделю у нас уже стояли НАШИ двери. Ребята по установке аккуратно установили. Обязательно буду рекомендовать своим знакомым и близким 👍

Добрый день! Заказывали двери в вашем салоне в конце ноября и в начале декабря мы уже с красивыми установленными дверями. Спасибо за оперативность и качественную установку. Заказывали дверь Металюкс в салоне,очень понравилась консультация перед продажей, рассказали о нюансах,о которых не задумывался. Дверь приехала в срок, установку назначили оперативно. Очень довольны. Дверь красивая,не слышны шумы и запахи из подъезда!

Большой салон, широкий выбор. Выбирали входную дверь для дома Металюкс. Была приятно удивлена, что салон работает до 21.00. Обычно к этому времени все салоны закрыты.
