He asked me to completely clean and lubricate the transmission, adjust the brakes, switches, and remove the eights on the wheels. They seem to have coped with everything, except for one thing. When I came to pick up the bike, I saw that there was just a pile of sand on the chain. I don't understand how the chain was cleaned in such a way that when I ride a bike, I can clearly hear the crunch of sand in the transmission. The guys cleaned the chain so well that I could feel every grain of sand with my feet. For some reason, he did not complain, paid and left. As a result, I rinsed the chain with diesel oil and degreasing, lubricated it and everything is fine.
They took 45 rubles for everything. Perhaps the guys are just tired and tired, because they have an incredible flow of customers. It seems like I used to bring a bike, and everything was fine, but this time they let me down. But it's worth saying that responsive people work there. Once I came to a closed store, but the master suggested everything and looked at it.

I can only say about the service, because the bike was bought elsewhere - the service is very decent, I use pre-season training. Only these guys helped me find the cause of one creak, and as it turned out, it was not in the components that I was offered to disassemble/change in other places. I sometimes stop by for small things - they never refused. One of their disadvantages is their popularity and the proof of this is all those people who are lining up. To anyone who doesn't believe you, you can just drive past by making a small detour in your route!
