Overall, I liked the service and I recommend these guys. There is a small fly in the ointment, when selling, they promised to hang a bicycle call (a penny gift, but nice), but in the end they delivered a bike to the house without it.

When I was riding with a friend, the camera broke through. We found the nearest bike workshop on the map and unfortunately it turned out to be this one. When I asked if they had a camera and asked to change it, they told me that they were not engaged in repairs, they could only sell, and they sent me outside to change myself, although the tags indicated a bicycle workshop. After that, I asked the "master" to see if the tire was damaged and if the wheel rim was bent. The "master" made a very unhappy face and said - okay, we will change it ourselves, it will be faster this way. As it turned out, it was a mistake and I had to change everything myself. It took more than HALF an HOUR for these "masters" to replace the camera with a tire. When the "master" was putting the wheel back on, he encountered an unforeseen problem. It turns out that if there are no brake discs, it is impossible to put the wheel in an inflated state, since the brake pads interfere. It seemed to me that everyone who has ever removed a wheel on a bicycle should understand this. And what do you think the "master" did? Blew off the wheel, because they have a compressor there? Of course not. He began to loosen the brake cables. It took him a very long time. As a result, when everything was ready and I had already left the "workshop", I found that it was impossible to use the brake. The cable is so much relaxed that if you press the handle to the limit, the effect is zero. Besides, they didn't even put the chain in place. My friend also asked me to pump up his wheels. They handed him a pump and told him to go pump outside. Let me remind you that they have a compressor there. To understand the absurdity of what is happening, a good camera replacement takes 3-5 minutes and it will be a clean, good job. Of the advantages, I can only note that they took 5 rubles for the "work" and at the same time trimmed the wheel. Although considering all of the above, I will stop by a good workshop at the first opportunity and check the wheel there. If you are not engaged in repairs, then why is the bicycle workshop tag shown on the maps? I think the answer is very simple. They are engaged in repairs, but they are lazy without the slightest experience. I strongly do not recommend this place to visit, especially to buy a bike. It's unlikely that the people who work there understand this.
A small addition. I've taken a bike now for that before the start of the season. As I wrote above, these "masters" leveled the wheel - tightened the spokes, and while they were doing this, they were outraged for a long time why my wheel was so crooked. It turned out that these "masters" had incorrectly placed one spring, which was why the wheel was tilted. I mean, I'll say it again.: THEY put the wheel WRONG, and then tightened the spokes so that the wheel looked straight in the WRONG position. While I was writing this, I realized that I also had to ask them to check whether these "masters" had installed the camera correctly, since everything they did was done wrong at the root. I think it's legendary. People like these masters need to be loved, cherished and respected. I hope they will put a monument to each of them

В начале июня приобрел здесь велосипед марки Giant, консультанты ненавязчиво порекомендовали модель нужных ростовки и размера колёс. Спустя месяц катания пришёл к выводу, что ребята знают свое дело, с выбором не ошибся. Сегодня приехал на чистку цепи, вдобавок поднастроили переключатели и предоставили скидку на работы (исходя из стоимости услуг по отдельности). Только положительные эмоции, магазину процветания и хороших клиентов!

Привез на обслуживание велосипед, до этого стоял без дела пару лет. Остался полностью доволен. Мастер все проверил, почистил механизмы, смазал. Единственное, что на сайте написано про мойку и полировку велосипеда, но на месте сказали, что этим не занимаются. Может это я что-то не так понял. А так все супер, после обслуживания сел и поехал со спокойной душой)

Вполне неплрзо , сервис работает, были косяки со стороны магазина, но все исправили. Хорошая локация в центре, это важно, тк после покупки не забывайте что вам там еще обслуживаться.

Покупал велосипед Giant Talon 4 с доставкой в другой город. Велосипед предварительно зарезервировали, продавец при покупке рассказал об особенностях модели (это было важно, т.к. ниппельная система другая, чем на моем предыдущем веле). На следующий день велосипед в надежной упаковке был доставлен в нужный город. Спасибо!

Искал здесь насос, замок и ключи для велосипеда. Всё есть но в основном брендовое и довольно дорогое. Не очень приветливый персонал, хотя и подсказали что нужно.
Итог: не для студентов.

Отличный магазин! Куплено уже два велосипеда - Trek и наш белорусский Aist. Самые низкие цены в Минске, персонал лучший - все рассказали, показали, соориентировали к выбору согласно имеющегося бюджета. Доставка по согласованию. ТО велосипеда после месячного использования. Рекомендую!

Как минимум один полезный продавец тут есть. Помог выбрать подходящий велосипед и не потеряться в огромном ассортименте. Ответил на все возникшие по ходу вопросы и помог с комплектующими.
Также они обещают помочь в дальнейшем с техническим обслуживанием. Сервис у них в общем неплохой. Что по качеству товара, то поживем увидим; пока все ок
