Качество товара хорошее, маловат ассортимент на допы , велосипеды продаются в "голом виде" , но вам сразу приготовят велик к эксплуатации, гарантия на навесное оборудование 1 год, первое обслуживание через месяц - бесплатно. Персонал отзывчивый и приветливый , а самое главное, все расскажут , подскажут и посоветуют!!

Это наверно единственный магазин где продают велосипеды марки LTD в большом ассортименте. Но консультация ужасная, я как новичок в познаниях о велосипедах когда пытался объяснить чево Я хочу, консультант начал подшучивать над моим незнанием темы. Было неприятно. Цены в магазине хорошие ниже чем у большинства, по фирме LTD. Решил купить у них велосипед зашёл к ним на сайт, сделал заказ оставил свой номер телефона. Прошли сутки а со мной так и не связались. Итого в магазине хорошие цены и большой ассортимент на фирму LTD, но плохая работа с клиентом.

Был впервые. Первые впечатления положительные, квалифицированный персонал , объяснили , что к чему. Цены адекватные, на бренд LTD.Есть как по мне так и минус , доставка по городу 10 р. О качестве и тех обслуживание велосипеда, пока сказать ничего не могу , дополню позже , когда приеду в магазин на первое то.

Покупали велосипед сыну, ltd rocco 760.
Колесо попалось с браком, сразу не увидели , потом обнаружили.
Ребята все заменили без вопросов .
Вообщем, мне понравился сервис и отношение к клиенту.
Рекомендую, хороший выбор велосипедов.
