There are definitely advantages. The eggplant salad is very tasty, the boat is also beautiful, but there were more disadvantages and the moral aftertaste from the visit was not up to par.
So, when I arrived in the morning, I booked a table with a view of the sea, but when I arrived in the evening at the appointed time, the table moved to the middle of the hall with a view of the backs around those sitting! What was difficult to say in the morning that the seats were already booked? Although I made sure that they were not booked, they just ordered such a service, but it turned out to be uncleaned, that is, with scales, how so! Mussels in tom-yam sauce turned out to be just in a fat creamy sauce, but not tom-yam for sure. So this restaurant can't be called premium for sure. The waitresses in Chile, as if they don't even see you as a customer. Customer orientation is definitely not their strong suit.

One was found to have rotavirus after eating, the other is still just as if poisoned. The restaurant itself, of course, will not apologize to you and will refuse, why does it need these reputational losses? Especially with checks like that? This is literally the only premium place near the beach!

A great place to relax in the evening and even for an afternoon snack. We often went there just to drink coffee. The interior is pleasant and beautiful, the waiters will always help you find a place according to your preferences. The food is insanely delicious and they do everything quickly. A cozy place by the sea, we have been to it more than once. When we stop in Gudauta, we have dinner only there. The menu is varied and all the dishes that we ordered did not disappoint, the price / quality is 5+. Many thanks to the Chef for the quality of the dishes and the original presentation. I would also like to express my gratitude to Victoria's waiter, she is a real pro, very attentive and friendly, always helps with the choice of dishes and drinks.

there was a lot of sesame in the salad of warm eggplants, everything was left on the teeth, there were no toothpicks on the table, while I was waiting for the dish to be brought to the second guest, the eggplants did not become crispy, the difference in serving time was 15 minutes! the waiter did not know the volume of beer in the mug, its strength, did not remember who ordered what. The brazier drove the puppy to whining in front of the visitors!
If the waiters have headphones, then this does not indicate the level of service!!!

Excellent restaurant/cafe, by the sea..We helped out with our delicious breakfasts, I tried Raf coffee for the first time, now I drink only it.. There are only 3 cheesecakes, but believe me, I had enough to eat them in the morning💜

The kebab doesn't seem to be bad, but the pork is quite dry, and the chicken, though tender, is salty, asparagus and wine are top. With the ratio of the number of people and cooking time, we can say that they brought it quickly, but the waiter does not know what wine is in the glasses, what is in the bottles, they do not know the whole menu, toothpicks had to be asked 4 times, the plates were cleaned every other time. Yes, there are a lot of people, but there are also quite a few waiters. The prices are not justified.

We went to have lunch at this restaurant and were surprised. Barely warm soup was served. The broth is cloudy, the soup was eaten warm, the chicken in the soup does not look like boiled, it looks like it was prepared for Caesar salad. We called the waitress to change the soup, and they asked us again with a very unhappy face :"Reheat it?". Warmed up, in general, you and the staff can eat, but we ordered a normal, fresh soup. As a result, we waited another 15-20 minutes, they brought us the same soup, probably boiled. The impression was not the best, I did not eat soup. By the way, the word "sorry, we'll fix it" never came out. And 5 cold soups for 330 rubles are not worth paying for them. Why does the establishment position itself as a restaurant with such service? Because of the waiters' headset? In addition, the waiters are a separate topic: they meet you reluctantly, offer to look for a place yourself, a lot of pathos, "all the seats are reserved, well, if you find something, sit down." In general, many vacationers in Gudauta are dissatisfied with this institution, we have checked and join the opinion of the dissatisfied.

Unfortunately, it's a disappointment. A lot of laudatory reviews did not meet the expectation. The only advantage is the location on the shore, sea view. That's all. The waiters don't even pay attention at the entrance until she turns herself in. There is no salt, pepper, or toothpicks on the table. I ordered chanakhi (pieces of chicken with vegetables in a pot), a boat without an egg, shawarma (with me) and Chegem wine, draught. The Chanakhi dish was not salted, not seasoned, and somehow dull. All the pieces of chicken with large bones, there were sharp fragments that got stuck in the teeth. The chicken itself is tough!!!The skin of a chicken is a separate "pleasure". There's a minus for this dish. A boat is like khachapuri in Adjarian, but you can order it without an egg. It's delicious, but in some places the dough is a little damp. Shawarma is ordinary, edible. The wine does not look like Chegem at all... I don't even know. The prices are average: Chanakhi 500r, shawarma 350r, Chegem 150ml-150r, boat -300r.

Very expensive. I didn't like that ketchup wasn't served with the barbecue. It must be ordered separately as a sauce. For that price, four small pieces could at least put a teaspoon of ketchup on a plate. Well, a kebab without ketchup is somehow wrong. It's not like McDonald's, where sauces are available separately. I don't understand why 5 stars?
1) we took an eggplant salad, shrimp with broccoli and a "chef's dish" (tenderloin, vegetables and flatbread). There are no questions about broccoli, the shrimp is not peeled, the chef's dish is the worst meat that I have tried. It is impossible to chew, it takes 5 minutes for one piece + vegetables are just coal, everything is burned.
2) if an institution positions itself as a restaurant, then the service should be appropriate, especially if 10% is automatically added to the receipt. And it is absolutely indifferent. At least in decent places, they don't throw menus on the table without words. + There are certain questions that it is desirable to ask. 1. What kind of roasting meat (obviously not a double welldan I want). 2. In what order should the dishes be served, ready or not (the girl ate everything while I was waiting for mine) 3. It's not a bad idea to ask the question "did you like everything?" at the end to get at least some kind of assessment from visitors.
In general, the prices are Moscow, the quality of the dishes and the service are canteen (or even worse)

The prices are reasonable, price - quality 👍 For several visits we tried different things - meat, fish, salads, seafood, everything is very tasty, the serving is very beautiful and fast. An atmospheric place. Perhaps the best in Gudauta. It is very pleasant to have dinner while looking at the sea. Pleasant "live" music. Respect to the singer! But many of the dishes on the menu are simply not there. The eggplant salad would have to wait 40 minutes (which the waiter kindly warned us about). The staff is polite and friendly.

They bring dishes without observing any order - they can bring the side dish separately from the hot one first, then the hot one and only then the snacks. Which is faster, apparently, is cooked in the kitchen. The flow of tourists is large, the waiters are inattentive, fussy, there is no feeling of rest and enjoyment of food.

The food is at an extremely low level: shish kebab - heated dry pieces of meat on a microscopic dessert plate, which was fried at least 3 hours ago. julienne, which was ordered stupidly, turned out to be not Julienne at all, but mushrooms with cream and !!?bell pepper?!!. As a result of such a gastronomic experiment - serious poisoning, bravo!!! 🎉, not only do they generally not know how to cook from the word at all, they also use expired products.
The service also leaves much to be desired. 10% will already be included in the service receipt, even if you were not approached for 20 minutes and persistently ignored.
The only thing you can give 1 star for is the music, everything else is worse than ever.

We visited this restaurant 3 times while on vacation in Gudauta. We agree with the reviews, this is really one of the best in Gudauta. (compared to the others in the same place). Very pleasant atmosphere, delicious food. BUT the service is a disaster for the whole of Abkhazia. Especially when we were there for the first time. I ordered myself a hot frying pan (pork with vegetables). I waited for her for 2 hours in the end! The waiter was stopped three times and asked when it would finally be ready. The rest of the dishes have long been brought and we ate them. To which the waiter replied each time that he was preparing. As a result, when we asked again, it turned out that the pork was over. Here I could not stand it anymore and said that he could not count on his 10% (by the way, the service is included in the bill in advance). After that, he went somewhere and said that my pork would still be miraculously ready. And indeed, about 15 minutes later, he finally brought it. The most amazing thing is that he apologized! He said he was working the first day. However, when I brought the check, the amount for the service was still included. I noticed this, and he had to return them in cash. He probably hoped we wouldn't notice.

We visited the cafe in 2022 and visited again in August 2024. I felt a significant difference, the speed of service and order submission, the quality and taste of the dishes. I can say one thing - they are developing. And for the better. If in 2022 I would not recommend it (although there are no comrades in taste and color), then now I definitely recommend it!
