An inadequate hostess.. Ruined the wedding.. Not only was the hot stuff delayed, but it's a small thing. I swore at everyone, both the staff and the guests. There are no conditions. Nothing has been fulfilled under the contract. You can't do anything on the territory (according to wedding traditions)
, no one is given Wi-Fi.
It is contraindicated for such inadequate owners who keep these establishments to work with people
I don't advise anyone if you don't want to ruin your event

We celebrated our son's wedding on 09.09.2022. We ordered the hall almost 4 months before the celebration. We did not regret that we turned to Tatiana Verba))) I really liked the kitchen, everything was cooked with a soul and very tasty. All the guests were satisfied with the service and the great dishes and their decoration. The hall is simply gorgeous! The hostess tastefully decorated the interior. There were several photo zones. It is very noteworthy that the territory of the guest house is very cozy and atmospheric) We and our guests enjoyed everything VERY much!!! We spent a whole month discussing, discussing and deciding everything about the wedding. You could call or write at any time of the day. Tatiana is always in touch! As for the wedding itself. I was a Willow customer and recommended delicious service to my friends until we met with the haughty hostess, expressing disagreement in connection with the tablecloth spoiled by wax candles (candlesticks were not offered to us that evening, although the decor we had paid for earlier provided for them!
We were roughly billed at the end of the event. We paid for it. And they've even forgotten all the insults. But I am writing a review to warn future customers that they do not go to dialogue in this organization. Opinions are not listened to.
Willow, probably the way to make money should be different, since the guests at your banquets should be "smelly cattle" (quote).

Pretentious and pretentious, there is no ordinary simplicity that you want from a guest house. The location is just terrible - there are no pharmacies, no shops, or even public transport nearby. Constant plumbing problems that are always "solved". The air conditioners are practically not working. There is not even a WI-Fi network, and because of the location, mobile networks do not catch well, so either enjoy local TV channels or look out the window... Oh, yes, there's a fence and poor local houses. The owners call this place Catering and a Guest house, although in terms of service and especially cuisine, it is still very far from even a two-star hotel somewhere on the highway near Lepel. My weekend was just ruined, I do not recommend that you step on the same rake.
