It was terrible, I called in advance, they agreed on euthanasia, as a result, upon arrival, I spent an hour with the poor animal in the waiting room.After that, the doctor came out and said she had an operation and didn't care.There are 40 minutes left before closing, and she won't have time to receive everyone.It's just so cruel, it's inhumane, leaving it like this is inhumane.

I brought the cat, they just took the temperature, they didn't even examine it. They injected me with vitamins and an antiemetic. They gave me a bunch more vitamins, let me go, and said I was just poisoned. The next day, the paws failed and the cat died. I don't recommend it.
