The best clinic I've ever found. I am very glad that we were sent here from Greta for an ultrasound scan, and that's how I found out about the clinic. I will tell you about my experience of visiting this institution.
Polite staff, I was 40 minutes late, had an ultrasound, they didn't even resent it. They immediately printed out the conclusions (in another clinic they wrote to us by hand in a very incomprehensible handwriting)
We went to 4 clinics, the cat has a problem with its ears, it scratches endlessly. For half a year, 0 effects were "treated" there. And only Alfa Vet was able to find the cause, it's a plug in the ear. They prescribed drops for 14 days and there is no problem, in those clinics they simply said "clean the scrape, clean it once a week"
The cat was sterilized, everything went great, the cat recovered from anesthesia very quickly, there are no complications.

I would also like to add that the clinic has a very pleasant renovation! It's spacious, bright, and there are plenty of couches for waiting.

The worst clinic!!! Our dog became ill, we ran to them for help, it was 3 p.m., they refused because they only work by appointment. I asked them to at least look at the dog, but they didn't even get up from their stand, and these are the doctors! Only the faces are beautiful and expanded, but only zero. I've never seen such indifference! They don't care about anything- they're the stars, and you're nobody. The most disgusting clinic!

I would like to leave a review about this veterinary clinic.
On October 12, 2023, a terrier dog (bitch) was sterilized. After 3 months, I am writing a review. The doctors are very attentive, meticulous, everything was done carefully, the dog recovered quickly from anesthesia.
The interior of the hospital is pleasant, the staff are all neatly dressed, forced to wear shoe covers in the clinic, everything is sterile and clean. The staff is polite and friendly.
The only point that arose was with the prices for sterilization, at first they said one, but then they called back a week later and said about another price, not much more expensive, but the price fluctuated.
Before the operation, they took the necessary tests from the pet in a couple of days, and after that they already said whether it was possible to do the operation or not. No complaints arose at the wrong moment, not after 3 months. The animal has no problems.
In the current difficult conditions in Donetsk, in my opinion, this is a very good clinic. I recommend.
