We contacted the clinic on 08/12/2024. The cat was vomiting. They explained that it was possible that he had eaten something inedible (presumably a thread). They did an ultrasound, which showed nothing, gave an antiemetic injection and sent it to Dr. Vet for an X-ray, taking 90 rubles for an appointment (consultation, ultrasound and injection)!!!! I'm sorry, but even the cat wasn't properly examined. On X-ray (1.5 hours after ultrasound) We were immediately told that the foreign body and organs began to assemble into an accordion, and we needed to operate. As a result, they waited another day for the contrast agent to come out to operate on the cat. Before the operation, when the doctor examined the cat, opening his mouth, he immediately saw a thread under his tongue. But it could have been partially removed at the first admission, so that there would not be such an extensive operation (as well as the stomach and intestines). Don't go to this clinic anymore!!!

I have repeatedly applied to this veterinary clinic for help with the diseases of my pets, they also did two castrations and sterilization of the kitty here, treated with ICD.....but there is a huge BUT that crosses out all good things. 9.01.2024 we signed up for the sterilization of the kitty, as a result, the cat died during the operation, as I was told, the heart stopped.... Unfortunately, my trust in them has been lost forever.

Previously, we always went to this clinic, everything was fine, we did not go beyond the annual injections, so no serious consultations were required. Now it's the other way around. They picked up a cat, she had problems with her ears from birth - ticks. They couldn't get it out. They did all sorts of things. Treated for two years! We went to this vet clinic several times, the doctor only looked at the ears and prescribed another medicine. We did everything as the doctor said, I set reminders so that I would not miss a single time when I needed to drip my ears. As a result, nothing has changed, and at our last visit the doctor (an elderly woman) She said, "so you're not dripping well. Drip some more. And in general, a normal ear, what do you want." During all the visits, she never even looked at the ear with a special tool! She did not offer any alternative treatment for the entire time we visited her. Not a foot in here now. We went to another clinic, where the cat was examined, the ear was enlightened, and everything was told in detail and told how to be treated. And they noted that since before we would have been "treated" for another 5 years and would not have given any result. And by the way, due to improper treatment, there may now be complications in the form of inflammation in the ear. But we will find out later, when we will be able to clean out everything that has been accumulating in the ear for two years. It's good that we went to another clinic, because I can already see the result. Don't set foot in here anymore.
