For me and my pets only +, unfortunately, we are regular customers of this veterinary care.Why are they permanent?-there are just a lot of pets-we have Amstaff (August 31st will be 7 years old) and 6 cats,2 cats (foundling cats-who are a kitten, who have already come big himself, and stayed with us). Amstaff is allergic, and kittens each have their own problems, so you have to apply.very good medical staff, everything is always at a high level.Thank you so much for your hard work.

Among the many medical institutions of this type, I chose you. And it's no coincidence. Until now, my daughter Anastasia Zalesskaya has turned to this place for help more than once. I have always been pleasantly impressed by the reasonable prices, the quality of services provided and, most importantly, the indifference of the employees themselves. This cannot be said in words, It can only be seen and felt. After all, you must agree, professionalism should always be combined with love for the chosen profession – only in this case any work will be done “on the Five.” Another small but very important detail is that Vetpomoshi employees have a soul: she has not hardened and ”burned out", despite the fact that the medical staff works here like bees, without complaining about the flow (I say without exaggeration) of an animal in need of help.
It so happened that I had to stay at the vet clinic from the beginning of the working day until almost its closure. I want to express my gratitude to Svetlana Bulkina. Thank you very much for your attentive and considerate attitude towards my pet. I went to the clinic with caution, I went on the recommendation of friends, but after reading the latest comments it was scary. My cat after sterilization (was not carried out here) she began to feel unwell, constantly lay down, stopped eating and drinking, did not let herself be touched, it hurt her. It was already the third day. Svetlana examined her, did an ultrasound, took a blood test, and put on an IV. She prescribed treatment, and literally immediately, upon arriving home, the cat began to walk and went to the feeder. Svetlana described in detail what to cherish, how, and when, and what to do if treatment does not help. The treatment helped. Thank you very much.

I packed the cat in a carrier and went to the vet, Svetlana Bulkina was my attending physician
I explained the situation, asked if we could do an ultrasound to see if there were stones, to which they replied that the bladder was empty, we would not see anything there
Empty, I think? The cat can't go to the toilet for who knows how long, and the bladder is empty?
Okay, we were prescribed pills and injections, saying that it was probably cystitis from stress.
The next day, the cat got even worse, he already refused to eat, and only whined, did not even meow, I called the veterinary service, the same doctor told me to let him drink more water and watch if you call💁
More water???? What would have torn him apart? After these words, I realized that that's it, I definitely won't get any help here.
The next morning I took the cat to another doctor, the cat was put on a catheter, they said that if the urinary bladder had burst a little more, it would not have lasted until the evening, since the stones clogged the urinary duct, I could have lost my pet, and the doctor wondered for a long time why the cat was not prescribed at least a simple antispasmodic like Papaverina, the animal would not have suffered these two days

We went to the clinic when our Nyusha stopped eating and didn't even touch the water.
