Good afternoon! The Viapol company hosted us in Belarus. We traveled with schoolchildren of grades 7 and 11. The program is very intense, but everything went just fine from meeting the guide at the train station. Maxim Ivanov, a professional in his field, worked with us for the first day. Extensive information about Minsk, of course, it is impossible to forget his story about Khatyn. In the following days, Olga Sergeevna traveled with us, an amazing, creative person. She treated our group with such attention and care. She's a master of her craft! He knows the history and culture of his country, and how he tells it! Just listen to me. It involves all participants in the tour, questions, riddles are what teenagers need. This is the first time I've been to Belarus, I'll definitely be back! Beauty, cleanliness, friendly attitude - everything is at the highest level. We stayed at the Belarus hotel, everything is clean, comfortable, the food is delicious, there is a choice, there is a shopping center nearby, if someone did not have enough. Olga Sergeevna conducted an extraordinary tour in Grodno. Many thanks to the bus drivers, who are professionals in their field! Very discreet, driving at the highest level! I would like to express my gratitude to the entire team of the Viapol tour operator for their professionalism in organizing our vacation. We took the tour "Belarusian circumnavigation" for 5 days. The guides are excellent, they talk warmly about their homeland.
We were met from the train station, and immediately issued a tour program (with notes on contacts, time, transport, cafes, taxis, etc. and a tourist map of the part of the city near the hotel) Everything is structured, short and to the point. The greeter escorted him to the hotel reception desk, told him everything to orient himself, waited for check-in at the Belarus Hotel (Storozhovskaya 15) - everything is fine. The program is rich, the buses are clean and comfortable.
On the first day we had breakfast (a varied and delicious buffet) and visited the "Grand Duchy of Sula". There are many locations there - it's hard to describe everything, but I advise everyone who comes to Minsk to go there. A wonderful guide.
I would especially like to mention and thank Sergey V. Ivanov, he was our guide for 4 days. We believe that he is a knowledgeable, attentive professional who loves his country and what he does. We were with him on a sightseeing tour of Minsk (I also liked the Semashko hotel on Antonova 10 - the staff treats everyone with a soul, photo zones are organized, a view from the window and balcony, a clean, spacious, beautiful room, there is everything you need), in Grodno, Belovezhskaya Pushcha, Kamenets, on a Sightseeing tour of Brest, in the Brest Fortress with the involvement of a guide to the Brest Fortress Museum, accompanied by a transfer to the Minsk railway station. We learned a lot from the history of Belarus.
I also really liked the thoughtful organization of food, everyday moments, care, patience and attentiveness. Good luck and prosperity to you!!! I am sure that we will come back to you again!

This is not the first time I have been to Belarus, and there is an opportunity to compare it. The work of Viapol is above all praise. Igor is an excellent driver, Olga is an excellent guide, who has direct encyclopedic knowledge and is able to convey it to tourists in an accessible way, to answer all our questions simply and clearly. We went on a two-day trip from Polotsk to Vitebsk on February 22-23, 2025. Thank you so much for the tour. I love Belarus, I have visited many cities, and I want to come back here again. I hope that next time I will go with your company, there is a wide variety of excursions that are conducted at a high level, starting from meeting at the train station and accommodation.
