The hotel is new and everything has not been fully thought out yet - this is about the rules. During the first week of stay, they did not say that breakfast and dinner can be ordered separately from the buffet. The first week we tried to sign up for a sauna, we were told that in order to come to the sauna we need to buy any of the spa services, so we can't come. On the second week of arrival, it became possible to come to the sauna, but only to book earlier. One of the disadvantages is that the pool, where children can come, is located on the street, is not closed by anything. It's very slippery around the pool, you can fall and break something, you have to be very careful. Pros, the staff reacted to every request with lightning speed. And so, in general, the place is gorgeous.
