The SPA area is conceived as a place of rest and relaxation, but sometimes this mood is disrupted by the behavior of individual visitors.: Companies are talking loudly and laughing in the sauna, where peace and quiet are appreciated.; visitors with children do not always control their activity — noise, running, splashing interfere with other guests; Some guests use the pool not for relaxing swimming, but for intensive training: vigorous swimming, diving, and strong splashes create discomfort for those who just want to relax in the water. I understand that you cannot directly regulate the behavior of all guests, but I believe that additional customer information could significantly improve the situation. I suggest considering the following measures: Place clear rules of conduct in the SPA area: at the entrance, near the changing rooms, in the sauna and by the pool; in the form of concise and polite signs (for example: "Please keep quiet in the sauna", "The pool is a relaxing area, avoid intense workouts and splashes"). Include short audio ads asking you to respect the peace of other guests (for example, once every 30-40 minutes). Specify the basic rules in the booking confirmation or on the website when purchasing a subscription / visit, so that guests know in advance about the format of their stay at your SPA. Empower staff to delicately remind guests of the rules if they violate them. I don't understand who writes such rave reviews. Maybe those who came to the pool for the first time? I've been there twice, and both times I'm amazed at the talent of the girls at the spa reception to spoil the mood already at the entrance. It was at 20:00 on 05/12/2026 and at 7:15 on 05/13/2026. They talk to the guests as if we owe them something. There are owners, managers- put things in order, because the courtesy of the staff is the first thing that makes a profit and does not require investments. Or I don't understand something. Further-more. There's just no room in the locker room, it's packed. We went to the pool - there are no free sun beds. We somehow found an empty chair to put our things in. THERE ARE QUEUES IN the sauna and hammam!!! At the Spa, where people come to relax. The jacuzzis are overflowing. Do you count visitors at all? It would have been better if they had warned me at the entrance, I would not have gone, than to stand in the hall without sun beds and queue in the sauna. I do not recommend it!
