The location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance: the Galeria shopping complex, all the cool shops, the beloved Cornflowers restaurant, with local cuisine, Golden Apple, etc. A magnificent country, spacious and sunny, near Svobody Square, from which sightseeing buses depart. All the planned plans were realized, the castles of Nesvizh and Mirsky were visited. The hotel room is huge, comfortable, high-quality furniture, cozy, comfortable, snow-white bed linen, bath/Jacuzzi, buffet breakfast. The only inconvenience is the lack of a refrigerator.

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Minsk and was very pleased with my choice. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which allowed me to easily reach all the necessary places. We were vacationing with a one-year-old child, so it was important to be able to easily move around the center. We booked a standard room, but they gave us a room with a higher class (they pleasantly surprised us). The rooms are already tired, of course, but it's still okay for 3*. The biggest disadvantage for us is the lack of a refrigerator (we were aware of this when booking). We had breakfast included, it was a modest buffet, but we were always full. That's the main disadvantage of this transfer. We ordered 2 times, separately asked for a car seat for a child both times, but both times the request was ignored. I charged 1 star for the transfer and tired rooms.

Excellent location: the hotel itself is in the Rakovsky Suburb, 5 minutes to the metro, 7 minutes to the Trinity Suburb and to the Upper Town, 3 minutes to the Gallery shopping center (there is a food court and a supermarket). It is located in the back of the courtyard, so it is quiet. The breakfasts are varied and everything is delicious: muesli, porridge, dried fruits, jams, juices, tea, coffee, detox water, cottage cheese, sour cream, yoghurts, cuts (cheese, sausage, ofoschi), a good selection of hot (potatoes, rice, omelet, scrambled eggs, chicken, sausages, vegetables), lots of fruits, sweets for tea. The room for two is large and comfortable, despite the fact that there is a lot of furniture (even too much - a huge wardrobe, many bedside tables, drawers in the table - what should I put there?) The big disadvantage is that there is no refrigerator. That's just one of the bedside tables could be placed. And a tired electronic door lock. I had to get used to opening the door. The bathroom is huge (toilet, bidet, sink, corner bathtub). There were no problems with the water, everything works well. Especially if there is SO much furniture in the room, and even if there is a bedside table in which this refrigerator technically should be installed (in fact, there is just a through cavity of the back wall, a strange solution). - Dusty and noisy air conditioning and ventilation. It is doubtful it will cool down, but it will not add health. Ventilation is very bad. - Mold in the shower (black). Well, this is really bad. Not only is it extremely harmful, but also by launching this case you will be tormented to withdraw. - The grounding is connected to the dryer in the bathroom. The breakfasts are uniformly modest. We lived for three days and on the third day we didn't know what to have for breakfast. We checked in at 11 p.m. after paying for three days, on the day of the eviction we were asked to move out not at 12:00, but at 12:30 p.m. We were refused. referring to the fact that the room is booked. Seriously? Wouldn't it be enough to clean the room in 30 minutes? Check-in at the hotels from 14.00. And according to the level of cleaning in which we stopped (stains on the floor, stains and rust in the bathtub), they do not bother with the quality of cleaning. And the hotel had plenty of time, as I remind you we checked in much later. In general, the impression is not very good and I do not want to return to such a hotel. I didn't notice any friendly staff, there was a slow-moving boy in the restaurant who didn't even offer tea for breakfast. There are receptionists at the reception for whom half an hour is global. The kitchen is delicious, early, which is very convenient if the day is scheduled for excursions. There is one glass for cold drinks for two residents (apparently, it is assumed that the guests will proudly pass this glass to each other like the Olympic flame to drink), and, attention, PAPER CUPS FOR HOT DRINKS. What kind of disgrace is this anyway? But there is a corkscrew. Probably so that the guests would get drunk and not notice all this nightmare. - the water standing at the entrance to the room is a GIFT from the hotel. It doesn't update as you drink it. Perhaps you think that in this case there is a cooler? Anyway, there is also no cooler. Are you thirsty? Pros, very helpful staff. Good location, there are breakfasts and parking.. Cons, cosmetic repairs in the rooms will not hurt, they are not cleaned very efficiently, there is dust and dirt in the corners. The breakfasts are for an amateur, the sausages are not tasty, there is not much choice, but you will find something to fill your stomach with.

We had a rest in August 2023, according to the system with breakfast included. I liked the hotel very much, pleasant staff, very convenient location, everything is nearby: a large shopping mall, the Svisloch River, the Old Town with many cozy streets, courtyards and atmospheric cafes. The hotel is clean, everything is working properly, quiet and peaceful. I really liked the breakfasts: a fairly large selection of dishes: there is porridge, broth, pancakes, various fruits, dried fruits, I liked grilled sausages, breaded chicken fillet. There are pastries (very tasty croissants), both boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. The most important thing for me was a very delicious coffee (I ordered Americano). I recommend it to everyone, it is a very atmospheric and pleasant place 👍👍👍

We visited Minsk in August and stopped at Zamkova. The location of the hotel is the best! All the sights are nearby. There are no problems with food either, you are always welcome in the hotel restaurant. But with cleaning rooms and changing towels, it's a problem, you have to ask for something all the time. The overall impression of the goodies is good, but expensive.

I liked the hotel. The room is spacious and bright. The location is convenient for check-in and check-out and very convenient for walking around Minsk. I had breakfasts, I liked them - there was everything that corresponds to a good hotel. There were breakfasts in the restaurant, but on Friday evening, when it was raining, the restaurant did not offer dinner. The service is polite, but without the usual emphasized friendliness, although I noticed this in many places in Minsk. The cleanliness in the room was always excellent, and the sound insulation was not very good... Of the minuses - TV, when switching programs, often hung up, I never "clicked" all the channels, because on one of the channels it stopped working and I had to revive it through switching off and on (turned back on on channel 1). And on Friday, from early evening, wi-fi was cut off until 10 o'clock on Saturday. A hotel employee came and said that he did not know the reason and the rest of the rainy Friday passed with food ordered from another restaurant, with a constantly hanging TV and no Internet - this is a fat minus. It is inconvenient to order food, because the phone in the room does not allow you to make the necessary digital combinations and the Russian mobile phone too, the order was helped to be made downstairs at the reception (delivered in about an hour and a half). Another point is that there is no refrigerator in the room. I have not been to other hotels in Minsk and there is nothing to compare it with, except for resort and Russian ones. In general, I consider the time spent in Minsk to be wonderful. The hotel is good (there are just nuances and I told them so that people would be ready), so the rating is "good" and I wish the hotel development and prosperity, so that next time it would be "five"!

On December 20th, we booked a room for 01.01-02.01 and asked if it would be possible to check in at 02:00 on 01.01, to which we received the answer: "Yes, we will check you in without any problems." Bottom line: upon arrival at the hotel, we receive an answer from the girl at the reception desk: "Sorry, all rooms are occupied." For a moment, it's 2 a.m. on January 1st. It's fun, isn't it? After calling ALL the hotels in Minsk, it turned out that there were no rooms anywhere… As a result, the girl found a room at the Monastyrsky hotel, but from which she had to check out at 12, and also pay for the day (Victoria on Zamkova and Monastyrsky — 1 network). Responsibility and professionalism of the staff at the highest level (sarcasm).

We had a rest in September 2024.The hotel is decent. Towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed every three days. The plumbing is new, hygiene supplies were also replenished as they were used. The breakfasts are delicious, you won't go hungry, coffee machine, fruit, hot, milk, pastries-everything was there. I liked that there was no pandemonium in the restaurant, probably because of the large spread of breakfast by time: from 7 to 11. It is very convenient for those going on excursions. Mega convenient location! From the metro, the shopping center, the exchanger, the place of collection of excursions - just a stone's throw away! The sound insulation is excellent, the neighbors were not heard at all. The only thing is that there was not enough refrigerator in the room, if you plan a trip in the summer-take this point into account. And the receptionist at the reception could have been more polite. Upon check-in, there was a feeling that we were not welcome and were doing a favor.we do not require dancing with a tambourine, a simple smile and a kind tone would be quite enough. But otherwise everything is fine!
