Not a bad hotel, a good location opposite the park, and the city center is not far away. The rooms are spacious, although it was cool in the room, despite the fact that it was warm outside. In my opinion, breakfasts are too expensive at 26 rubles per person, we did not take them. There is a parking lot at the entrance, we were there for three days and there were no problems finding a parking place. The price per room is higher than the average in the city, a bonus in the room price includes a trip to the spa at the hotel.

The service is disgusting, they lied upon check-in (about 8.30 pm), which gives us the last room of the selected category - a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard! After our long explanations that we have been coming from St. Petersburg for 4 years in a row on May 9 not for the sake of a view of the courtyard - we were given a room on another floor, overlooking the park (from here you can always see the fireworks). Question: why lie about the last one? We explained that we had booked in advance, 2.5 months in advance. The refrigerator in the last room does NOT work, i.e. it is heated, so I had to ask for ice to cool a bottle of sparkling wine. They brought it for two days, and on the third day they said that this was not provided in a 4-star hotel, only when buying alcohol at the bar. For me, this became a strange statement, because if there is ice and it is brought in a 3-star hotel. Unpleasant impressions, we will no longer stay at this hotel, it gets worse from year to year.

Individual approach, patience and tact in relation to the "whims" of the customer. And as you know: "It's not a place that makes a person beautiful, but a person is a place" 😉
And now about the place itself: neatly, cleanly, harmoniously combined style and comfort in the interior. A wide range of dishes that we tried - everything was delicious.
