A tourist "hat". Definitely not worth your money and time. The funicular is charged at a price as if you climb a mountain for half an hour in Switzerland. Although it takes about 5 minutes to drive. Upstairs, everything is compact and not very panoramic . It's harder to get in, but the view from the other side of the cape is much more informative and beautiful. But it's either on foot or by car.
