Also, in order to collect your percentage, you need to fulfill all KPIs, if you do not fulfill them, you do not receive a percentage. You can't work remotely. Upon dismissal, they do not make a calculation, even if they have fulfilled all KPIs - they still pay only the minimum salary. Bonus payments are also constantly delayed. There is no career growth in the sales department - one head is the wife of the director, the second is the loan guarantor)
So if you do go to a leading specialist, you will not be included in the work book.
In exceptional cases, the director can run after you around the market and tell you how bad you are:D
