Great restaurant! Great cuisine! We celebrated the New Year 2022 here. The service is excellent. The staff was very attentive and polite, despite the workload on New Year's Eve, they monitored the quality of their work. An interesting program.

Restaurant with access to the square. Visited on a weekday. Only we were in the hall during lunch. Kunya is decent. The kebab seemed to be small pieces, the meat was French, draniki. Everything is prepared qualitatively. We had a good time.

I would also like to note that the waiters were not willing to approach the table, dirty napkins were going to be collected, empty bottles were taken away and drinks were taken out as needed, we had to remind the waiters several times about their responsibilities.
I would also like to mention the musical program of this institution, which is at the same level, suitable for any age and generation.
We witnessed how this institution congratulates the birthday people, we were a little pleasantly surprised.

The waiters responded to our requests with such a dissatisfied face, although this is their job. There is dirt on the tables. But it was killed at the end of the evening by the careless presentation of a birthday cake:they took out the cake and didn't even cut it, as promised, but that's okay, but don't serve the appliances, at least clean plates-that's all. 👎👎👎We celebrated the new year in Victoria last year, liked it, decided to celebrate 2022 there. Oh, the horror!!!first of all, the program is 50 rubles.I would like to know why? The games, the artists, are the same as last year, but for 20 rubles.And very primitive.The food is not delicious. Steaks with grilled fish paint were ordered for hot meals. They brought only tails, all 4 Portions!! And just tasteless,.not salty, the second hot meat is even worse. Yes, there was one of the 2 bottles of champagne on the table, and only when we went home, when we asked the waiter about the second bottle, it was reluctantly brought to us. "Victoria" disappointed us. Like a New Year's ches.150 rubles per person was given away, but there are zero good memories👎👎👎

We celebrated a birthday, at first the waiters did their job perfectly. By the middle of the evening, the waiters stopped clearing away the plates and the table turned into a garbage dump. Next, the waiters took out the already cut birthday cake without showing it to him completely (the cake was made elsewhere to order with congratulations and decorations) as a result, the cake as a gift failed. Alcohol is 50/50 your own and the establishment's. Various fresh fruits were also bought around several large boxes, as a result, not even half of what was bought was on the table. The restaurant's premises look neat and decent, but that day, apparently, they decided to fill the seats to the fullest, as a result, all the tables were shifted and different groups of people were celebrating in the hall sitting back to back, which by the end of the evening changed the attitude towards the institution, because it already looked like a cheap cafe-eatery, but in no way not a restaurant.
Pros: relatively inexpensive dishes, excellent interior, affordable space for the middle class.
Cons: a negative opinion about the work of the administrators (probably, by order of the management, to push people as much as possible, that by the end of the evening the restaurant turned into a "Vintage" with appropriate music); also, due to the huge workload of the hall, the waiters can not cope with their work.
On average, 60-80 rubles per person goes out, not counting alcohol, fruits, cake/sweets.
Conclusion: how to go to a great cafe - I recommend it, nice interior, excellent chefs. It doesn't reach the restaurant.
