She arrived in Almaty in May 2024. I visited several good restaurants during the trip, but this one was especially memorable. Beautiful territory, lots of photo zones, delicious menu!
Everything was delicious!

I didn't like it there. It was a long time ago , I don 't remember exactly when .
The banquet was Kazakh and crayfish were served.
Naturally, many did not eat!
I wonder from whose submission was such an order?
I also don't like many seafood products, except fish, black and red caviar (unless of course they are fake).
The pastry chefs don 't seem to have anything branded : everything they served was previously posted on the Internet .
Then last year, I heard rumors that many cooks had run away .
So not everything is smooth there .

We went in for lunch at 2:40 p.m., the restaurant was empty. They asked for a table near the window, they said that everything was on standby! After a short discussion, they finally convinced me to plant it near the window. However, one of the receptionists approached and peremptorily asked to vacate the table by 16:00, not to move to another, although there is no one in the restaurant, but simply to vacate! I think this is the only place where the service has stopped working, they are leaving for the location! This is the last time we come to this restaurant!

The meeting place is very pleasant, calm, there are small halls where you can hold events. The kitchen is good. The waiters are great, they work unnoticed. The location is a bit disappointing, although it is located in the upper part of Alfarabi, it is inconvenient to drive during rush hours, maybe good for those who live more in the upper part of the city. wonderful views of the artificial pond, fountain and mountains. In good weather, it is necessary to sit outside at tables separated from others by grapes - privacy is guaranteed. Cozy rooms with stunning mountain views. The hotel staff is friendly and polite, trying to offer maximum amenities. I really liked the spa complex with various pools for every taste and with an amazing hydro massage. A chic hammam decorated with beautiful marble. I really liked the breakfasts in the hotel restaurant with a variety for every taste and the hospitality and cordiality of the staff.

The event was organized here in February, there were 30 guests. Everything was at the highest level: serving on time, beautiful serving, delicious food, good wine. The guests and colleagues were satisfied. We sat until late at night, the restaurant worked for us until the last. I would also like to mention the work of the waiters who watched over the guests and looked after them - if something ran out, they immediately brought a new dish / drink. I recommend it! We'll come back here again.

Like we don't go to a restaurant, only at events.
But to sit with a company in a gazebo not in the air is fine. Even a hookah does not interfere on the street.
The kitchen is very decent. I was pleasantly surprised by the slow price dynamics: it lags behind inflation in Almaty catering.
