We stopped by for lunch with my family after visiting the Lavra of David Gareji. The food is very tasty, the homemade wine is soft and pleasant. The hospitable hosts, the beautifully furnished hall, the cozy garden around the restaurant even in winter... we will definitely come here with friends in the summer to attend a tasting with a large company, and then have a delicious meal in the restaurant!
To understand the prices: lamb stew, vegetable salad with walnuts, assorted phali, chicken kebab, homemade potatoes, ketchup, bread, two glasses of homemade Saperavi and two bottles of Borjomi 0.5 liters each cost us 152.5 lari (slightly less than 5.5 thousand rubles at the exchange rate for that day), with including 18% of the included taxes.
We highly recommend it, yes, this is not a budget place, but there is absolutely nothing to find fault with in terms of taste, serving, service, and friendliness!
P.S. my son was given a large 1.5 liter glass with homemade berry compote as a gift, and at the end they treated him to a small decanter of homemade feijoa compote.

A cozy and atmospheric place. We really liked it.
Romeo told us in an interesting and informative way about wine, traditions, and answered our questions. We joked a lot, took pictures, dressed up in national costumes, rested in a hammock and tasted (10 types of wines!!! :) and chacha, of course, is much better without her. You won't taste so much wine at any tasting. If you find yourself in Kakheti, I recommend it.)

We were here for a wine tasting, the place is very atmospheric. Everything was done with soul and love. The tasting was fun, delicious, and informative. The guys conducted it in two languages, English and Russian.
Then we went up to the second floor to the restaurant, everything was delicious and atmospheric at home. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

A very, very soulful place. And the restaurant is good, delicious. But the best part is the wine tasting, which is conducted by sommelier Antonio. Informative, humorous, in English and Russian. We tasted 8 types of wine, white and red, dry and semi-sweet, everything is fine. We experienced incredible torments of choice when we went to buy. I recommend it to everyone, you will experience joy and happiness. I forgot to say that the tasting starts with chacha, which is also very cool. There is a lot of space for atmospheric photos.

We were here for a tasting tour. The process was managed by Antonio, a very pleasant young man with a wonderful sense of humor. He spoke excellent Russian and talked in detail and fascinatingly about wines.
The place itself was also picturesque, and there was something to see and capture on the phone.

Very cozy cafe/restaurant. There are many paintings, books, and interesting flower arrangements. The yard is full of greenery and flowers. There is a tasting, we did not test the wines, because we were driving.
We took veal Chakapuli from the dishes - we got something like soup with herbs and meat. We also took fried mushrooms with Sulguni cheese. We also tried ice cream and strawberry compote. I liked everything very much. But I'll tell you right away the prices are like in a very good restaurant. All 83 GEL came out.

A beautiful, colorful place! Excellent tasting, we tried 6 types of wine, started with chacha and finished with sparkling wines. A wonderful sommelier told me everything and answered a million of my questions!

A good place to relax. Our group was placed for tasting in full (17 people) . Everyone was given due attention. The wines are excellent. The purchased wine was tasted at home in Belarus. One was the most delicious, white, semi-sweet kind. Unfortunately, there was no name on the bottle. The problem is filled with wax. The wine is excellent.
There is an opportunity to dine on good dishes at a normal price

A place worth visiting!
Separately, I would like to mention Antonio, nicknamed George - tasting, stories about wine, traditions and just pleasant communication and pastime. We were very pleased with the kitchen, to be honest, we did not expect it. I didn't want to leave, but we were with the band.. If there is an opportunity, we will not pass by)

I don't advise anyone to go there. Popsovo is a tourist place. Tourists are brought there in groups, but you will not find local flavor there. We carried the dishes for a long time, the waitress talked rudely, as if she was doing us a favor. When choosing a place for wine tasting, we reviewed different options, we wanted a Georgian flavor and a cozy picturesque place, and not just a story about wine at the factory. This house has exceeded all our expectations. The tasting is conducted in two languages (Russian and English), they give you a taste of 9 different wines. We took part in a master class on cooking khinkali, learned how to bake puri (Georgian bread). In general, I recommend everyone to visit there!

Very cozy and beautiful place. It is clear that they put their soul and strength into its creation.
