We lived on Independence 19. I understand that it's New Year's holidays, but for 15,000 rubles per night we expected something better. The photos of the apartment provided to us do not correspond to reality. The mattress is old and stiff, old linen, the whole apartment is old and worn out. The wires are hanging out from under the TV. Some kind of disrespect for the guests. And this is for the cost of a good hotel in Sochi during the season.

It is very convenient to check in if you arrive at the railway station, we walked 5 minutes from the station to the office on Leningradskaya Street, go in from the left side of the building and pull the door hard, it is open) we got the keys, took a taxi to the apartment, Nezavisimosti Ave., 19, the apartment is clean, there is a problem with sockets, but there is an extension cord.
There are dishes and appliances in the kitchen, clean, microwave, large refrigerator, stove, iron, hair dryer, everything is there, everything works well. The mattress on the bed is hard, coconut, the bed linen is clean, good large terry towels The location is ideal, all the sights and canteens / restaurants are within walking distance, there are no complaints, we were evicted remotely, we were allowed to check out 2 hours later, we wished a good road, everything was very high quality and polite.

When booking, learn the moment that the keys need to be picked up at a different address - for us, it was not a problem, everything is nearby. The administrator politely answered all questions, gave recommendations. But in the apartment, at the address: Mayakovsky 8, besides us, it turned out that cockroaches live. They come in the evenings, apparently from neighbors. Mind you, it's disgusting.
The company, in turn, offered a discount on the next stay, alas, as tourists, there is no desire to return here. But, at least something!
In addition, the general cleaning of the premises - for 3, I cleaned myself.

We rented an apartment on Nemiga 12 (kv 73).
The apartment is in poor condition. The door handles fall off, the shower switch does not work, the microwave does not heat.
The cards were not accepted at the time of payment.
The staff is polite, not rude. I raised it to two stars just for that. Perhaps the employee herself is not aware of the actual condition of the objects they are renting, although it is hard to believe.

Close to the railway station. There is everything you need. Even kitchen utensils, gas stove, refrigerator, iron and more. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The Wi-fi works well. Next to the subway. There is a grocery store and several cafes nearby. And besides, you can walk to the center, enjoy walking around the city, which we did. We hope that someday we will return to this beautiful city again. It is possible that we will use the services of this hotel.

I have a negative experience with the VIP apartment company. I rented an apartment from them at the addressLenigradskaya, 3. There are 2 non-working sockets in the apartment, i.e. problems with wiring and in violation of all fire safety standards, people move into this apartment. There is a torn armchair in the living room, a broken sofa, the wallpaper is falling off, there is no ironing board. The kitchen has a floor with cracks, there are no cups for tea (only coffee cups with the company logo), pots "killed", in which cooking is unpleasant. The bathroom is dirty, the shower holder is broken. In the bedroom, the bed linen is smaller than the bed.
About settling in, these shortcomings were shown to the administrator, in response, chuckles were received: "well, you can also wash yourself, you can iron without an ironing board, use other outlets," etc.
When arranging office work, they showed their lack of manners, rudeness, lack of manners and lack of ability to talk to the client.
