We rented an apartment for 3 days. The only advantage is walking distance to important places in the center. The water is running either cold or boiling. It's dirty. The air conditioner is not working. The TV turns on every other time. For all our comments and requests to do something, there was either a dead silence, or they shrugged their shoulders and said that nothing could be done.

We lived on Independence 19. I understand that it's New Year's holidays, but for 15,000 rubles per night we expected something better. The photos of the apartment provided to us do not correspond to reality. The mattress is old and stiff, old linen, the whole apartment is old and worn out. The wires are hanging out from under the TV. Some kind of disrespect for the guests. And this is for the cost of a good hotel in Sochi during the season.
