I applied to this organization to make an appointment to apply for and receive a Schengen visa to Hungary in November 2024, but I have not received any competent and professional support so far (more than 2 months have passed). Charging me 650 rubles for the service, I had to fill out and prepare the documents completely myself according to the general list, which is presented on any tourism website.No one draws up an agreement between the client and the agency, they take money on the basis of a general offer (as I was later informed, they initially did not notify me about any offer agreements from the site).When I first visited the agency, it was not explained to me that the client should do everything himself, they only make an appointment at the Embassy, but since I do not have information on collecting documents, I turned to "specialists".
Specialist Daria is absolutely incompetent in her work, she submits outdated information, records the submission of documents to the Visa Application Center on those dates and in those cities that I did not consider at all, claiming that their programmer is dealing with this issue, who does not adapt to the interests of the client! Having arrived to apply for documents in another city at the visa application center, the documents were not accepted, you need to register again.
When contacting the manager for a refund, it was said that for the amount of 650 rubles, this agency can only record for submission, but not accompany it with documentation, that this amount includes only the work of a programmer who records the client for submission to the visa application center, and not the work of a manager who will prepare everything and accompany the client before submission. Having paid the full amount mentioned above, I did not receive either the completed service or, of course, the visa!The manager did not even contact me to clarify how the client was doing with the documents, why they did not accept the package of documents, etc., she did not suggest that it was not worth buying tickets for the trip and booking hotels on the dates that I had booked and planned the trip, etc. all embassy weekends until mid-January of the new year and In theory, no one can even get me a visa!
As a result: the money spent on hotel reservations and travel, the money spent for the agency's service, which in fact was not provided, the amount is considerable! The meaning of this organization for the client?!Anyone can sign up and catch embassy windows by registering in the system even without their help!
I will have to contact higher authorities to control the work and pricing of this organization!!!
