On our recent trip, we stayed at a wonderful hotel, which left us with only positive impressions. The rooms were cleaned every day, which created a feeling of cleanliness and comfort. The bed linen was changed regularly, and it was always a pleasure for us to return to a neat room after a busy day.
The breakfasts at the hotel were also pleasantly impressed — there was a large selection of dishes for every taste. Every day we could enjoy fresh fruits, pastries, a variety of dishes and drinks.
The only drawback was the poor sound insulation. Nevertheless, the overall impression of the hotel remained positive, and we will certainly consider the opportunity to return here again.
Convenient location to attractions and transport interchange.

Nice hotel. There are some disadvantages, for example: a strong stench from the sewer in the room on the 4th floor; poor noise insulation in the rooms and noise from the street (bad double-glazed windows), another mosque at 6.30 and shopping cars at 7 a.m. under the windows, but we used to wake up early and then did not notice it. We were in November 2024.And the rest is tolerable: daily cleaning is good, carefully cleaned, linen is changed constantly; delicious different breakfasts; polite reception, Russian-speaking girls; free tea and coffee in Turkish 24/7 downstairs in the ashes of the hotel; there are trading scales in the Lobby of the hotel, which is convenient for suitcases, 2 small elevators, but with two suitcases to fit You can.

We had a rest there in January. Very good location, everything is nearby- attractions, transport, many shops, cafes ...
The hotel itself made a good impression, starting from the reception they were very well received, they responded to all requests, always helped, prompted. The rooms are clean, warm, with good linen, clean bathroom. They cleaned every day and changed the towels. The breakfasts were also very good - according to the buffet system - for every taste. Thank you to the girls from the kitchen. You could have coffee and tea at any time. In general, we recommend 😊

A good hotel is located in the Fatih area, everything you need is nearby, all the sights can be reached on foot.
The room is clean, cleaning every day, air conditioning works well.
Breakfast was not well understood , we ate only omelet vegetables and sandwiches with coffee .
The administrators of the girls are great fellows who speak Russian, helped in choosing the tour, suggested what where for what, thank them☺
The only thing that upset me was the absence of at least one Russian TV channel , I wanted to hear my native speech 🤣
And we also booked on the booking there it was written that each room has a balcony, but in fact it turned out not to be a balcony but as a window sill with a fence.
In general, I recommend it compared to other family-type rooms on booking, this hotel had the largest room for two adults and two children, there was enough space for everyone.

The hotel is located in a good area near the metro tram bus stop that goes to Taksim .
Well, of course, this is not a 4-star hotel in a hotel, very poor noise insulation, you can hear everything that very noisy ventilation is also working outside the window in this hotel, the breakfasts are weak, but you will not stay hungry. The staff is very nice and friendly girls, all the kind people at the reception understand Russian, so there was no language barrier, the room itself was not a small shower, but it was leaking, the toilet was constantly flowing too. Well, it's good for a short stay. The main thing is that the entire infrastructure of the hamam cafe is nearby.
