They cut the child's hair at Natalia's hairdresser. The child is afraid to get a haircut from the word "completely" and there have always been difficulties with this. But Natalia coped professionally. Not only did she make a very beautiful haircut for the child, but also quickly. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Natalia for a job well done. Plus, the child was pleased with a pleasant surprise in the form of a balloon and juice. I'm thrilled!!!

The previous time I was signed up for an action without warning what the student would do, and I sat there for more than 4 hours without warning. The last time was today. I signed up for a top master Lyudmila, waited 15 minutes for the nails to be finished for the previous client, showed the design I want, they told me everything would be OK, after two hours of work, the master went to the administrator, the administrator came up to me, and said "We won't be able to do the design for you, because we have the next client soon" To the question why did I wait for the previous client to be finished, but the next client can't wait? They never answered me, they said that you need to warn me about the design in advance, but no one asked me in advance what kind of design I would have. Although the design is not complicated, draw a hole on each nail. She left upset with a plain manicure. If they had initially told me that they would not be able to do it, I would have chosen a gel of a different color.

It's a beautiful place.Very nice and friendly girls)We were there for the 1st time, we cut the child's hair for 3 years, he was just fascinated, they put him in a car seat, gave him toys that interested him for the whole procedure, and also kindly turned on cartoons. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable)Natalia, a nice girl, cut our hair)At the end, the child was given a balloon and sweets.Service and customer orientation are on top!I usually don't write reviews, but it's impossible not to write here.Huge thanks to the Head of this salon, it is clear that the soul is invested and people work with joy in their places)We will be coming here on a regular basis now)

If you want curved downward-pecking bun nails, then you should go to master Alice. 3 hours of work...almost every nail said where it was crooked, where it was thick, where it hurt... but this did not save the situation...I came out and was horrified how this horror could be done with my relatively narrow nail plate... I'm trying to fix this "salon manicure" at home somehow...

They cut the child's hair in a typewriter instead of an armchair and in front of a large TV with cartoons... Well, in the end we were presented with an air balloon and a candy. I have been visiting this salon for a year now, everything was fine until my last time in July. I got to master Anna (I was doing a pedicure). 1. I waited for her for 20 minutes, it's not difficult for me to wait, but after me there was the next client, so I have to do the work faster.
2. She hurt both with tools and with her long nails- I was silent, but my fingers twitched with pain, while she wondered every time how it could hurt me, because she does everything well- as a result, there was a little blood on two fingers
3. I came from the street, usually all the masters treated with alcohol, but she did not.
4. And finally, when it came to coating with varnish, and I was doing the coating with ordinary varnish, she was outraged by the distance between my fingers and the fact that I chose the coating with ordinary varnish, since she could not make up and repainted several times. I did not make several thin layers, but one or two thick ones, which made the nail plate look like bumps. At the same time, she said that my nail was not smooth.
I don't want to go to this salon anymore. I wish the salon good craftsmen
