We visited this place on 01.10.2018. It was necessary to come to Vitebsk with my family on business, we are citizens of the Russian Federation ourselves, and of course the question arose about where you can quickly and inexpensively have a snack, while eating something hot. The choice fell on the canteen of this university. We arrived around 10 a.m. The choice of the menu was certainly not rich, and the students were already ahead of us by this time)) Therefore, we took only cheesecakes, some kind of bun and tea. Everything was fresh and delicious. The interior of the dining room is saturated with the Soviet atmosphere, and together with the prices where everything can be bought for rubles and pennies (although Belarusian), it evokes even more memories from childhood))
As a result, we have this:
Positive:
* Quite convenient location;
* Inexpensive menu;
* Payment in cash and, like, by bank card, but I don't remember exactly, however, there is an ATM in front of the entrance, you can withdraw cash if anything;
* Delicious and fresh dishes;
* A small number of people, although maybe we just got there. There were almost no students.
* There is a parking lot right next to the entrance, even if it is very small.
* Polite staff.
* Spacious room.
Minuses:
* Small selection of dishes;
* Differentiation of the menu by time. It means that in the morning there are only breakfasts, and these are all kinds of porridges, cheesecakes, pancakes, etc. Soups, mashed potatoes and similar dishes only after 12 probably. However, if we make an adjustment for the fact that this is a dining room, then this minus can be ignored, even though we wanted some purees))
* A small stock of dishes. When we got there, there was nothing to choose from.
To sum up, I can say that the place is very good for those who want a quick, tasty and inexpensive snack.
