I ordered a measurement through the website - a week of silence. I called, agreed to take measurements, and they rescheduled it the day before. On the day of the transfer, the time was agreed upon. 10 minutes before the meeting, I find out that there will be no measurement, because the measurer has measured in another place at the same time.

I ordered blinds, a measurer arrived, with whom we agreed on roller blinds, this time everything turned out - they measured, signed a contract ... no one called back after the manufacture, as a result, I had to find out myself after a week of the due date ... according to the previous case, most likely, the managers in the office messed up too.

The second time I turn to the Vitebsk Window, they put windows for my mother-in-law ... everything was done quickly, on time they shipped even earlier than planned. Installation is 100% clean and tidy as always! I definitely RECOMMEND IT!

On the phone and during the measurement, it was promised that there would be no condensation on the new window - as a result, it became even more. When frost set in, it turned out that it was blowing near the hinges of one of the shutters (so much so that it whistles) - I tried to apply for repairs, they even refused to register an appeal, because "everyone is on vacation" (applied 4.01)

Заказ и установка решили в краткий срок.Балконные рамы установили хорошо,но есть мелкие дефекты.
