We turned to the water utility by phone - they told me that I needed to come , and when I arrived , they started talking all sorts of nonsense and asking me when the neighbors would come ( generally nonsense ) they have nothing to do with my house at all , I explain I need a checking account to pay for water , and they tell me again about the neighbors in the end after half an hour conversations they said that you need to call the master at home . My score on the ten - point system is 2 only because they were not rude !!! They are completely incompetent in two they cannot explain why the meter is not registered despite the fact that the meter was installed by the water utility itself !!!

There are no queues from the word at all. They make out all the documents quickly and tell you what needs to be done additionally.
