I visited this hospital and, unfortunately, was extremely dissatisfied with my experience. First of all, the waiting time was just terrible - I had to spend several hours in line before I was finally accepted. When I got to the doctor, he looked tired and didn't pay enough attention to my symptoms, which really upset me.
The conditions in the ward also left much to be desired. The cleanliness was low, and I noticed several problems with the equipment, which clearly needed repair. The staff was not always friendly and helpful, which added stress to an already unpleasant situation.
I expected a more professional approach and patient care. Unfortunately, my experience in this hospital was disappointing.

I haven't been to this hospital before the renovation, but at the moment everything is fine, even better than some metropolitan hospitals!!! I am glad that there are 5 toilets and a shower cabin on one wing of the floor, those 10 restrooms on the entire floor and this is not counting the presence of individual ones in some wards! 4 elevators, several refrigerators in each compartment, washbasins in each ward. And the high level of professionalism of doctors is beyond praise!!!

I am 49 years old, this was the first time of inpatient treatment in a hospital in general, and in surgery in particular. And this story was very positive! It can be seen that the hospital has a fresh renovation, everything is new, nothing is damaged. I was lucky with the ward - the windows overlooked the river, and even in the 30-degree heat it was not particularly stuffy. In addition, in addition to the extractor hood, supply ventilation works in the wards. The food is fine too. If someone wants (and is allowed) dessert, there is a good buffet in which, in addition to food, many useful things are sold. For me, this hospital will always remain a hospital of Death. When you bring in a living person and you pick them up from the morgue... You can only be treated in this hospital if you are a walker and you have a little pain. Then maybe they will help you. The terrible impression of the hospital began with the emergency room. I brought the bedridden mother in a serious condition at 9.30 am. It was only at 12:00 that we were assigned to the gastro ward after I reminded them of our existence. The next day, when transferring her to a gurney, the "wonderful" medical workers, absolutely probably not understanding how to treat a bedridden patient, broke her forearm. As a result, it was the BROKEN ARM that led to the development of pneumonia and death. Yes, her condition was serious, but she could still live. The doctor on duty, when I took the body, took two hours to prepare a certificate, in which I eventually made a mistake and they did not want to give me a death certificate. And there is a separate question for resuscitation. There were mom's dishes, a pack of diapers, wet wipes and much more. No one offered to take these things away from me. In general, the indifference in this hospital is off the scale!

I was at a paid appointment with a gastroenterologist in Novaya Krai. The doctor did not even listen to the complaints from the word at all. She said everything was clear to me) What angered her the most was that after studying the result of Fgds, she did not even notice that there was helicobacter and inflammation that needed to be treated urgently! It's a shame when gastroenterologists are so lacking in the city, and you go hoping for help, but you end up with such a callous, incompetent, inattentive, soulless specialist. Who closes your mouth in mid-sentence, and advises you only to exclude smoked and fried foods from the appointments in case of a prolonged and severe disease.
