I pre-signed up for hair coloring at 14:30, I came..as a result, they refused to paint, explaining that they work until 18:00 and will not have time to do everything. I want to express my gratitude to the pedicure master, but there is still a question for the administrator??? I signed up for a manicure + pedicure at 14.00, I was clearly informed by phone that the service time would take 3 hours (1 hour manicure, 2 hours pedicure), i.e. from 14.00 to 17.00 !!!! At 15.45 I was informed that the next client would not be able to do a manicure for me, to my question: I was booked for a pedicure and manicure, the administrator opened the magazine and said Yes, that's right, but it means one window was free, so they recorded from 14.00 to 16.00, QUESTION???? Why wasn't I warned?????! I come for two procedures, but in the end what? Negativity and wasted time!!!! Disgusting attitude towards customers!!!!!!
