This year we decided to have a vacation in Turkey for the first time. Everything was fine until we chose a tour from this travel agency Rino tours!
There were 9 of us, 5 of them are children. We chose The land of the legend .
We were promised that there would be a show program. At the appointed time , 17.45 , a driver with a guide arrived for us , who charged us $ 155 on the spot . It's still at a discount, they told us. Satisfied and happy , we went. We drove for about 2 hours . Tired at 8 p.m., we finally arrived at this place. We were sent by ourselves , without a guide . Then I don 't know why he came there. Yes, everything is beautiful there, everything is glowing. We walked around , but there were only boutiques working there . And the kids asked for a show . Attractions! Which turns out not to exist ! It is open until 19.00!!! Why weren't we warned?! Okay, where's the show that was promised? He's not here either! Let's find out from the locals that admission is FREE!!! They took money from us for bringing us here and that 's it ! 155$ !
For what? For the fare ? The same tourists as us , paid $ 40 in total , it 's just a tin . There were endless fights, we were just fucked up. And it 's not just us ! Everyone who goes there and takes a tour from them ! They promised to return the money , saying that it was their fault , we are still waiting . We have been waiting for 3 weeks. There are no words . We do not recommend this tour operator to anyone! No shame , no conscience ! Ruined your vacation !

Dishonest people. We ordered diving for 1 person , discussed the cost of diving and photo-video. In fact, instead of 40 dollars, 70 came out. Instead of 20, they took 30 for the dive, and they drove from one to another for change, as a result, people simply disappeared, collecting fees on the shore. The price for photos and videos was raised independently from 20 to 40. They tried to return the money. But alas. We got out of it as best we could .Dishonest, unscrupulous people. I strongly advise against contacting them.

Do not try to take a tour from Rino Tours in The Lend of Legends, they fooled us by charging for admission there, although later we found out that admission was free, they also promised a show, but there was no show! Contacting them upon arrival at the hotel with them, it was August 3, they promised to refund the money, now they are pulling the riziga as best they can! In short, my family and I are shocked!

In the first place, I leave a review on the service provided for excursions and entertainment services. Solid five stars. The price-quality ratio is excellent.
For example, the zamam hotel costs $ 35, and this service costs $ 12. The machine arrived at a tedious time and brought it to the hotel. I also went rafting, you can even go with children, if you didn't ride a lot of impressions.

An irresponsible company, with false information!!!
We took an excursion from them to the dinopark in Goynyuk on 28.08.23. Me and the child.
There is information on the website that the tour price also includes paid services (7D cinema, trampoline) we paid $65 per adult and child, including additional paid entertainment.
In fact, we were given standard tickets that cost $ 25 (there are no others!) I had to pay for paid attractions separately!
I called the manager from the park (the guide gave me Wi-Fi at the entrance) the manager promised to resolve the issue of the difference tomorrow. She said that they allegedly forgot to change the information on the site. They did not decide, they did not return anything, I wrote to them, reminded them, silence in response.
By the way, there are other tour companies where the same tour for 2 people costs $ 55 (standard entrance tickets + transfer).
Avoid this company, in case of a controversial or problematic situation, there are no ends!!!

We had a rest with the children in June and took 2 excursions here: to the Goynyuk Canyon and a pirate yacht - everything was organized on time and without complaints. Thank you! We will contact you next year👌
