Pros - polite staff, cons - I do not recommend stewed vegetables and cabbage , especially those on a diet , dishes are thickened with flour, heartburn 💯), baking flour , water , yeast , and of course a week , or maybe a month Deep Fryer , bland and not tasty !!! I don't recommend it

Today we went to have lunch in the dining room "Tasty and fast" ("At the Delicacy") on Slavinsky St., 1. It is located in the right wing of the institute building. An inconspicuous place, a modest view, but how well and cheaply they feed there! Smart cooks, friendly, fast... And mashed potatoes, and chicken chops, and Kharcho soup, and rice, and cutlets, and buckwheat, and vegetable salads are delicious, like at school, and compote, and juice, and tea... Guys, for 17 rubles. lunch menu, can you imagine? And now look at your receipts after the simplest, but "show-off" restaurant. They have one small portion of the "second" worth so much. I recommend this dining room from the bottom of my heart! 😍👏😋

As a dining room, it is quite possible to have a snack. The average meal is from 6-8 rubles. (side dish, cutlet, salad and kefir). It's not a restaurant, so don't expect anything. I am glad that there is a lot of space and the staff is good and kind. If anything, I go 4 times a week, 4 weeks in a row.

pros: Delicious soups, friendly staff.
cons: I think that the administration of the dining room needs to do something urgently with ventilation, things are very bad. the stench is simply mind-blowing at things after visiting the dining room. There are huge cheese caps on the chops and fillets, which give the impression that you are being offered a large piece of meat.
There is a military canteen nearby, so that's it...they don't stink there, but the staff is not friendly, and very often the military is blown away and they are not allowed into the canteen. so you could entice customers, but the STENCH is simply unbearable.
