I don't know about Russia, but in Almaty, against the background of all the shops, this imho

-without color and taste, in the sense that all products with incomprehensible labels do not seem to be alive
- I tried to come there several times and not to say that the products or goods or prepared food are somehow "supernatural" different.
- besides everything, there is a Cafe inside, but it is very full of accessories, and when I asked if there was a fork, they answered very dryly that there was not
- by the way, I do not recommend coffee from their machine
I still haven't found anything to recommend, probably just to satisfy my curiosity.

It's great that shops have started to make an area with tables and chairs where you can have a snack! Everything is provided: napkins, microwave. Today's pastries, although the choice is small, a cup of cappuccino made from 600tg coffee beans and syrups are free. Overall, the impressions are very positive, I recommend it

The range of products leaves much to be desired. The shelves in the store are half empty. The prices are high compared to other stores. Unfortunately, the quality of some of the products also disappointed me. We took a chilled chicken breast, it turned out to be fragrant and with strange spots, although the shelf life was normal, they did not dare to eat. Frozen borscht is just water. I ordered delivery twice, but both times some of the products were not delivered. The first time they called and warned that the product was out of stock, and the second time they simply did not bring half of the order... Well, at least the money was returned.

They sell cottage cheese with mold - and not on a one-time basis, but systematically.
The first two photos are from August 3. The expiration date has not expired - the cottage cheese was from August 26 and should be valid for 10 days.
I approached the sellers. She asked: you are aware that you have cottage cheese with mold there. They laughed and joked among themselves, saying that it had been like this all day. It's funny, really.
We took it off the shelf, and thanks for that.
I came again today. This time she examined the box carefully. Everything seemed to be in order. I open cottage cheese at home - and there, mmmm! See photo 3. mold. In the fourth photo, the same cottage cheese today - the date on the package was smeared clean, which is also curious: disappearing ink. but it was August 5th. That is, cottage cheese is one day old.
About three weeks ago, there was another interesting episode when I found some strangely high figure in the receipt. I went to check the price tags - the price is different. I went up to the cashier and asked what was going on. No one was even particularly worried. The manager of the trading floor informed me on the chill that they were just "changing labels" and did not have time to replace them. Indeed, it does not happen to anyone.
And if you think that, as in such cases, I was offered a refund for the product - no, they just tried it. By the way, I didn't notice that anyone ran to change the price tags after that.
