There are no complaints about the water quality, but there is a HUGE claim to the service. The supplier's website clearly states that the service is of high quality. My order was placed on 11/28/2024 to 11/29/2024 via a viber bot. I chose the time between 16 and 21. I immediately realized that there would be a showdown, because this is not the first time. The courier calls at 15:42 and says that he will be there in half an hour. My answer was that it would be more convenient by 7 p.m., because I am currently at work. To which I received a courier's refusal, because, attention, HE WANTS TO GO HOME!!!!! This is not the first courier who simply does not want to work. Then madame began to call me at 15:50, who answered my questions disgustingly and repeated like a parrot that the courier needed to go home and delivery from 16 to 21. I offered only one alternative, to postpone the order to the next day. I replied in her own words that the delivery was in the range from 16 to 21!!!! I shouldn't care if the courier wants to go home or not. Then I already suggested that she order Yandex delivery, since the courier wants to go home, and I WANT MY WATER!!! She pretended not to hear me and kept repeating that the delivery was from 16 to 21. She told me that you can leave a free comment in the chatbot. Did she use a chatbot at all? Are you aware that you can only choose the suggested options there? She absolutely did not work out my objections and did not even try to do anything to bring water to me on 11/29/2024 until 21 pm. Apparently she also wanted to go home and sit on a salary without sales. This problem has only arisen in the last couple of months. The company has absolutely no customer orientation. Conclusion: I'm tired of swearing. AND WHERE IS MY WATER??????????? NO one has called me back yet!!!! I will not pay for the lack of service either, and for the fact that the courier and the manager want to go home together, and not work.

One star only for the quality of the water!
I have been a client for a very long time. The service has become disgusting over the past year. Managers are inattentive, they confuse dates, addresses, or even forget to deliver . This has never happened before. Is the management not interested in training and monitoring their own managers?
But I want to mention the drivers. They are always friendly. There is no question for them
Unfortunately, this spoils the overall impression!!

The water is normal, they have been used to it for many years. The service has slipped to the level of "below the baseboard". Everyone is rude, from the courier to the operator. I tried talking to a higher-level manager - the same rudeness! An amazing company! They don't hold on to the client, complete indifference and disrespect. Unfortunately, I am looking for an alternative to the company, as I have completely lost hope of improving the service.
